Much to tell. The young man at the cash register needs a lesson in customer service; I left and went to Pizza Hut because of his attitude. One may find pizza from Rosa’s, Pizza Hut, engine room, and the 49er- I suggest those before u walk in this dominoes- you’re not paid to be rude btw and shouldn’t even have your job if u cannot act politely to the people who pay who ultimately pay your wages.

This is supposed to be a replacement pizza for a wrong order . It came with zero sauce and barely any toppings. And a lot of animosity.

I ordered delivery on Saturday, with instructions to leave it inside on the porch. When I was called because my order went thru twice, I requested again that it be placed on the porch, inside the door. My order was left outside. There was no knock or anything, because the dogs would have alerted me had there been one. One the way out, the person also didn’t lock the gate, which resulted in the gate being broken due to the wind blowing it open and shut all night. The food was OK, but needed reheated.

Got hung up on twice after trying to talk through getting delivered the wrong item. My daughter is vegetarian and wanted a garden salad. After waiting ten minutes for them to answer the phone the lady on the other end was extremely rude. Found out they were “out” of the Garden salad and then we were hung up on. No resolution to fit it. Called back and said hey I was just hung up on. … Lady continues to be rude and says we will just credit us the next time we order.

We’ve ordered from the Dominoes for a few years now and had see always had our fix delivered. Tonight I ordered my food and nothing…. had to call then and ask about my order… was told they could not find my address and would have a second driver deliver my order… an hour later, nothing. Called again to be told that they tried contacting me and gave he a bs number, you have to give them your phone number when you order online. Another person called my husband, the original number with the order, and said that they were to busy to deliver my order and hung up on my husband…. 2 1/2 hours later no refund.. nothing. Lazy employees, no courtesy for the customer who had already paid and tipped 25%. I wasn’t my money back.

We were staying at an AirBnB in Livingston. We left VERY specific instructions with Uber Eats on the delivery location. I copied it from the AirBnB.
We called the manager of Dominos and they say they did not get the instructions. The driver takes our pizza back to the store instead of calling or messaging us. (It’s 15 min away.) I had to call in twice to finally get the order. We thought it took so long because they remade it.
Nope, they sent back the same order now over well over 30 minutes late.
Covid is over, there is no need for this.
We spent $50 on one cold pizza and cheesy tots.
Neither Uber Eats or Domino’s will take responsibility for missing the notes even though from my side of the app we can see the notes were sent.
Leaving reviews for both.

We always use domino’s at this location and if we had problems it was never an issue and handled respectfully and asked how they could fix it. This time they wanted to tell me i didn’t order what i did, seemed at a loose as to how to fix it and very put off and offered to remake it
and deliver it even though they were sure I was wrong. I hung up on them i didn’t want to deal with someone who wanted to act like it was an inconvenience that I had a problem. Disappointed at most.
