I am not happy with paying almost $40 for 2 subs and they messed it up 2 times in a row
I when pick up my order got all the way home and they had put honey bbq on both my subs when I ask for just regular bbq and no veggies but they also put veggies on them both so I called and they told me to bring back the subs and they would remake them
I brought them back and pick up the remake of my Oder just to get home again and see that that once again use honey bbq and now this time they did not put the blue cheese or mayonnaise on my subs if I could I would give negative stars

I ordered two pizzas and they had absolutely no flavor. The fries were greasy. The chicken fingers were super salty for the cajun and the honey bbq tasted like teriyaki. The greek salad was wilted and the dressing was just oil. We threw it all out. The worst food that I have ever tried to eat. I spent so much money and the food was inedible. I will never order from here again. The only thing that was good was the cold cut sandwich. It wasn’t even my food. Waste of money.

Frenchy’s Pizzeria is hands down the best pizzeria in Niagara Falls, NY, and I honestly don’t order takeout from anywhere else anymore. Their pizza is always hot, cheesy, and packed with flavor, the calzones are stuffed and perfectly baked, the salads are fresh and filling, and the wings are delicious and cooked just right every single time. Everything tastes consistently amazing, no matter what I order, and you can tell they care about quality. I’ve been eating only takeout from Frenchy’s because they never disappoint if you want delicious food that hits every time, this is the spot.

I love Frenchies chicken. It’s always been a favorite of mine. I ordered a Greek salad tonight over the phone and asked for no onions and a lady with a thick accent told me there’s no onions in it rudely. I’ve gotten this dish several times but didn’t care to argue. I’m pretty sure she had the cooks put extra in my salad out of spite, now unfortunately I won’t be order from a local favorite anymore.

Garbage pizza. Do not order from this place using the door dash app. I’ve ordered from here many times and typically the pizza dough is nice and delicious. However the few times I ordered via the door dash app the food I received was clearly of an inferior quality. I spoke with a few of my local friends who also order from here and they said the same thing. My pizza order using the door dash app must have been made on some frozen pre made store bought thin flatbread dough or something similar to that. What a let down because when you order using the door dash app everything is more expensive as it is to only receive an inferior not freshly made pizza dough order. I’m shocked and so upset with my purchase. I feel completely ripped off.

I would love to give them a better review.Because their food is always amazing. However they always forget my soda. In the last two times they did not put pepperoni on my pizza when that was my topping of choice. Which made what would have been an amazing pizza and o k pizza.

Happy Fun

I am AARP member. THEY OFFERED A COUPON FOR FIFTY PERCENT OFF OF A LARGE PIZZA. I went into redeem the coupon and the representative called the owner, he said he’s not familiar with AARP COUPON and DID NOT HONOR IT!!!. Because I marked it as redeemed TODAY, I can no longer use it. I am reporting to AARP AS WELL in hopes that this BOGUS COUPON WILL BE REMOVED FROM THEIR PLAN AND THIS RESTAURANT BE REMOVED FROM AARP WEBSITE AS AN AFFILATE. I am now going to FRAKIES DONUTS where AARP members ARE HONORED.

Mysterious Decibel

The restaurant isn’t owned by Judy Muto anymore. It was sold to an Indian family. It has since went way downhill in terms of food quality and efficiency. Even switching to cheaper quality ingredients. Judy Muto has helped them so much with the transfer and then they had the nerve to turn their backs and fire her on the 1st of January for cost reasons. This place will never be like how it used to be. Consider taking your business elsewhere.

Very disappointed with our purchase. Sub order wrong-sub roll was partially frozen. Supposed to be toasted, was not. Asked for no cheese, was cheese on it. Asked for no oil, loaded in oil. Ordered a Greek salad-chicken was partially raw, and the lettuce was hot and wilted. Was too afraid to eat it. Was worried I would get sick. If you want food poisoning – eat here. They don’t listen to what you want to order.

I was there just recently and I got the chicken parm dinner and it was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was nice and the manager Gloria was very friendly , I I got a dinner as well to go. I will definitely be coming back.
