Was super hungry after work and stopped here randomly. I literally haven’t had KFC in so long. But, surprisingly I like their chicken better than Popeyes. I ordered 2 piece dark meat with mashed potatoes. Everything was good.

The service was surprisingly fast for the drive through. I’d come back for sure.

Very awful experience, I had to call corporate. First (Kim) wasn’t wearing a mask talking with me and handing me food that wasn’t mine. (She has a front gap) They took my money, then handed me food. My order was wrong. I asked for it to be corrected. The person became very disrespectful and acted if she didn’t want to take the food back, well after I stated it was wrong and needed to be corrected again. She proceeded to get loud with me and hand my money back, she gave me too much. Also I never got a receipt. Also I let them know multiple times I was gave too much money back.

I told Kim (she said that’s her name and apparently she’s the manager) that I would be contacting corporate, she proceeded to yell that she didn’t care. Then proceeded to have her employee serve people and pass me, while she disappeared.

Then while that’s going on, an employee is seen here in the video through the glass dancing. Attempting to antagonize me.

I’ve worked restaurant industry for over ten years, I have would never ever handle the situation this way. I know they weren’t trained to either.

The kid in the frame right here, he was cool. I don’t know his name though.

I then got on the phone with corporate, they were very helpful. I explained what happened. I’m awaiting to find out what’s going on. I’m not the first to complain, this is a regular thing for them. So #kfc

Idk if they cook a crap ton of food in the morning and just hand it out until they run out. But you go in they never have anything cooking, they always getting food out of the heaters and then you order it and it may be fresh it may not be. I ordered the food from Uber eats and I get my food and it’s old as hell. Highly unacceptable especially when yall are just being too lazy to cook throughout the day if thats whats going on. Now I have to report this to uber because my diabetic mother can’t eat her food because it’s old.

On June the 23rd yesterday was an experience I didn’t like I took a bite of my chicken pot pies and bit down on a big bone my mind was getting ready to start playing tricks on me. So I got another spoonful and put in my mouth and pull out a big piece of slimy skin. I was through I had to throw it in the trash because I didn’t know what else I was going to come across.

I went to KFC today to try the Honey BBQ wings and the wedges, but I was very disappointed. The wings were supposed to be tossed in sauce, but they weren’t. Instead, the person at the window just threw a bunch of sauce packets in the bag, which I didn’t even need. When I asked for a courtesy cup of water, I was told no—even though I had purchased a meal with a drink. On top of that, the employee had an attitude, didn’t give me my receipt, and the quality of the wings was poor (very small in size). I came excited to try the wedges since they were brought back, but I left very disappointed.

easy the receipt says
2-12 chicken “crispy”
2-6 fried wings BBQ.
this I ordered and got everything wrong …
They need to train more employees to pack orders online … not everyone in my house likes BBQ CHICKEN tenders. I received 24 pieces covered with BBQsauce.
I called the store and they told me
that’s what the order said tender WITH BBQ. Next time when you order call us and let’s us know that you want plain with out sauce.
They don’t give me the option. I’ll fix it if you’re unhappy if you bring them back the 24pc BBQ chicken tender or at least change 12 pc normal without sauce. The first time I saw my chicken tenders order online this way. I called Kfc.com and let them know what happened. It’s incredible what they did to me with that order. my children and nephews do not like bbq sauce.

On August 15 I went to this KFC at 6140-42 Oxon Hill Rd, Oxon Hill, MD. I decided to park and go inside to place an order. Once inside an employee approached the register as if to take my order but instead stated what sound like “drive through”. When I ask him to repeat, he stated, “the lobby is open for mobile pickup, drive through” It did not bother me that the lobby was close to customer place food orders but I told the employee that management should post a sign to say the lobby is close or the lobby is only open to mobile pickup. He noted the sign is posted. I ask to speak with the manager and he stated he was the manager, the cook, and more. When I challenge to idea that a sign was posted that would indicate the lobby was closed to customers looking to place an order. He refused to entertain the idea and point to the mobile pickup reserved parking space sign. I stated the the reserve parking sign? He then laughed along with two of the other employees and walked away. When I tried to get his attention, he kept walking and ignored me. Frustrated, that I had wasted my time and I was not being heard. I decided to exit and not patron this KFC and not place an order in drive though obviously, I didn’t want this group handling my food at this point. As I drove around past the drive through to exit one of the employees manning the drive through while serving a customer decided to go the extra mile and wave and give me verbal bye as a sarcastic gesture. I’m not against a lobby being closed, especially when staffing and other conditions dictate. I’m against, poorly trained managers that won’t take the time to properly communicate with potential customers. The owner of this KFC should consider who is managing this location and the type of employees they are hiring. In addition, for a location that is closed to major foot traffic it was in poor condition from a cleanliness perspective which is probably a sign of thing to come. The creation is a simple sign to alert customers would have gone a long way. I ironic that as I left, a couple pulled up walk inside and noted the same condition I did. No doubt in my mind this is happening at the location over and over again. It doesn’t have to be this way. I left this location and went to another KFC off route 5 and they had it right. The mobile pickup parking sign was being appropriately used to reserve a parking space for mobile pickup, both the drive through and lobby was open for all customers. I don’t recommend the KFC location in. Oxon Hill, MD. If they can’t address simple thing like signage it is no way they are properly handling the complexities of food prep and handling. This KFC is obviously poorly managed and operated with no true oversight as to how things are being run on a daily basis.

First time eating KFC since 2002 and this is how you treat me? I just ordered a BOGO meal from Uber Eats. I only received one and zero drinks. I blame both the restaurant and the driver. That’s what I get for ordering from low income areas. The service is always bad, they could care less and can’t even follow simple directions! I order the most simplest of items with no modifications and STILL can’t get right! Never again.
