I hadn’t been to a Subway in years, but while I was in Indio today (08/28/25), I decided to stop by—and I’m glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean the store was. Everything looked spotless, which gave me a good impression right away. Looking through the glass, the meats, cheeses, and vegetables all looked fresh, neatly arranged, and well taken care of.
The two employees working at the time really stood out. I didn’t catch their names, but they were both very professional, friendly, and helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure my order was prepared just the way I wanted it. That kind of customer service goes a long way and made the visit even better.
Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my stop at this Subway. The combination of a clean store, fresh food, and great service makes a big difference. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in the area.

Went in earlier and the shorter girl with glasses was really rude and rushing me and I felt like I couldn’t even pick exactly what I wanted she also made me feel dumb I don’t know if she was having a bad day or something but terrible customer service.

There are literally flies everywhere and the sandwich makers are disgusting. I came here and ordered a sandwich and a fly landed on top of my sandwich. She offered to fix it but had an attitude throwing the cheese on my sandwich around like she didn’t want to do it. Then, she drops a piece of my avocado on the counter, picks the avocado up, (mind you she scooped the blackest piece of the avocado and put it on my sandwich) & she slapped it back on my sandwich. She made my sandwich with the same gloves she used to touch the cash register and everything else. This entire place is unsanitary. I will NEVER eat here.

Hello, I used the delivery method on the subway app yet the delivery driver completed the order without deliverinh our food. I have spent 35 mins now trying to call the store, doordaah support, and get assistance for subway support. All subway has is emails and forms. A hello and hang up from the store and hold music from doordaah. I need a refund. It’s news years eve and I can’t get any help. I’d go down myself but my husband has the car. Thank you.

Don’t order delivery from here. Their sandwich quality has gone downhill. I ordered the simplest sandwiches you can make and it still tasted disgusting. I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich and asked for salt and pepper. Well they added about half a shaker worth of both and all I could taste was salt and pepper. Next was the meatball marinara sub, how the heck do you mess that up? Well they did. They put grated cheddar cheese on it first which I didn’t ask for, but the worst part is the meatballs tasted like some mystery meat product. It was the most disgusting meatball sub I’ve ever had. Not giving Subway another chance.

I ordered from the Subway app, only to still wait on my sandwich to be made. There were two people in line and they still made my sandwich wrong.
I ordered it with avocado so I was charged extra, I waited for them to make it, and they still forgot to put avocado. I drove home and come to find that it wasn’t in my sandwich so I called and requested a refund since 1. I had to wait for them to make it. 2. I drove home and am charged for something that I didn’t even get. Cassandra answered the phone and was rude from the start, told me what her manager said because apparently her manager wasn’t in, didn’t let me finish speaking, and hung up the phone. She had the nerve to say she didn’t make my sandwich so it’s not her fault. Okay, but there’s no need to be rude. I didn’t yell, I didn’t curse at her, so why did she have to behave in that manner? Ruined my meal.

Alan and Bridget omg they are so Amazing ! Thank you both for your wonderful and kind service . They where super professional to me and everyone who walked in the door. Wow they really wowed me they showed compassion towards other kindness gratitude and patience they where very welcoming and genuinely show that they love working there . I got the biggest joy to have met them . You guys make a huge difference in our community thank you !
Biggest shout out to Patty ! ….. Thank you Patty for being so Kind you can tell she has her community at heart ❤️ . I came in after a whole day out in the sun I dint have the best attitude. I’m sorry Patty. I was dehydrated None the less Patty still kept her best attitude and treated me with care and kindness she gave me a moment so I could calm my self catch some breaths . AND SHE WAS AN ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONAL HELPING ME WITH THE MENU AS I coulnt think clearly from being in the blazing sun . Patty is what this Subway needed in the longest time . Don’t forget to tip.
