Wrong food, cold food, stale hard food. This experience was horrible, I was supposed to get potatoes instead of beef and my tacos were hard and cold. Never coming back. The staff seemed high and confused and even asked if we were waiting for our order a couple times while at the window. Just hire more competent people.

Just want to thank whoever made our food tonight at around 9 pm. It was so good. No one has ever cared enough to make it correctly and I just want to acknowledge the staff. I work at the SOS by there but we live close and we frequent that location. We have 6 kids and there have been some mishaps in the past when we’ve order. Wish I had names to personally thank, but hopefully they will get credit due to the time of the shift. Wtg Taco Bell for hiring good people. ❤️

Can’t speak on atmosphere but drive thru atmosphere was great. Had a special order grilled cheese burrito without rice (always) add spicy Cheetos and/or extra tortilla strips. It was literally immaculate. A+++ – but only as a treat of course 🙂

This is consistently the worst Taco Bell ever. Its right by my house so I keep giving them a chance every so often just hoping that they’ve fixed the issue…..nope….I walk away every time wishing thay I had not…..go to any other Taco Bell and it’s 10 times better.
I just went again today. The guy working the window was completely out of it. He asked me my name four different times. I was literally looking at my order completed in a bag and I could see my name on it and he opened the window and said “wait, which order was yours again” this is after waiting for an obscene amount of time. I won’t be back I’ll drive out of my way to go to a different Taco Bell.

I just left out of there and Amanda and the other little girl that works there are so friendly and nice.I appreciate good customer service and their kindness. They were busy and I was downloading the app , trying to get points and they were very patient while dealing with a drive through that didn’t stop. So I had to ask their names before.I left. Waited 15 minutes behind 3 cars because only one lane was open. A worker then came out and took the traffic cones OUT of the other lane, so we pulled into that one. After another 5 minutes of waiting at the broken speaker, someone finally came out and told us “the cones were there for a reason,” and although I’m sure it was a miscommunication it just felt weird. We were told to back out and pull into the other lane back behind the other cars. They then proceeded to take another solid 15 minutes to get out the orders ahead of us. Not even my first bad experience with this location, as I’ve also been handed other people’s orders, been handed my order with multiple items missing or made wrong, and been handed regular drinks instead of zero sugar. The best thing I can say about this most recent experience is that the food was at least hot this time.

The new store on Fort/Van Horn is great. Biggest issue is they lose power alot or water issues and have to be closed. Great friendly staff. I usually get breakfast only due to my schedule.

I ordered a breakfast crunch wrap around 10:30/10:45 am and they sent me the message at 11:30 saying it was ready for pickup (i placed through the app). i get there and they told me they THREW IT AWAY because “once 11 o’clock hits we throw away all breakfast stuff” and i said “so you prepared my order, told me it was ready, and then threw it away instead of canceling it?” “yes” “so what am i supposed to do now? it was already paid for?” “you’re gonna have to call customer service we can’t do anything about it”. this was supposed to be my lunch/breakfast before work. so i called customer service and they gave me a refund and told me that it was messed up what they did.

Update- 9-28-25
Came here and ordered – 2 soft tacos, pinto beans and cheese, and a nacho fry.
Placed the order on my mobile app at 12:26. Order said it’d be ready at 12:40. Didn’t get the order until 12:52. We watched an entire line of new drive-thru orders come thru, and still didn’t get our order. Nobody notified us what the hold up was. A man that we saw came after us, got his order before us. Again, at least acknowledge the customer and inform us that we may be waiting a good 25 minutes for XYZ. Very unorganized. Food is usually good, for the most part. But I regret not going through the drive thru instead.

Probably the best made nachos & hard taco supreme I’ve had in a while! I haven’t had the best experiences with getting my orders accurately, however today I could say otherwise. The Aardvark nachos I ordered were made perfectly. I didn’t have to ask for extra topping, they were excellent. Customer service was good too.
