Ordered my sandwich through the app: it came cold when requested toasted. I paid for avocado spread and did not receive it. When calling to voice my complaints to the restaurant, once a refund was asked for, the lady working hung up on me. They state no one is in store to submit a refund and that the owner has to do it. Ms Lisa, ( the owner) you need to take better pride in what you own. Your employees treat PAYING CUSTOMERS like trash.

Fast service, but too fast. They didn’t put the tuna on before heating, then only heated it halfway. Slow down a little and make it right.
Other than that it was fine and the seating area was nice, also a decent temperature, not a refrigerator like some Subway stores.

I absolutely refuse to ever use the subway app again. Everytime I use it they skimp on the ingredients and I’m disappointed when I get home. I will only order in person now to watch them put full servings on. How you gonna put a tablespoon of steak on a footlong steak sub. Only ordering in person ever again so I can watch them make it.

I just left this location. There were two people in front of me. They received their food then I was SUPPOSED to be next. Somehow another customer walked in and the cashier took his order and made his food and he paid for it. I just walked out. How you gonna take a customer order that came AFTER me when I was next?

I ordered through the subway app and it was to be made at this specific Subway 1209 Albertson Parkway. Apparently the order did not go through to them on their side and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I asked them if they could give me a refund and the cashier said in a rude voice “that isn’t my problem”. Even though I showed them the order and asked them if they can make it there. They said they can not make it because it didn’t go through to the cash register. Very disappointed and I will not be going back

Save your time and drive to one of the other subway locations in town. If I wanted a side of attitude when I’m ordering my food, I’d ask for it. Both employees were rude and unfriendly. I seemed like I was a bother despite the fact that I was the only one in there on both occasions I went in the last week. The girl had her AirPods in and still managed to be unfriendly and rude. The sub sandwich wasn’t very good either. It sounded like the girl was mocking me under her breath when I was asking for different things for my sandwich. Never again will I go to this location.

Simply went to subway to get a subway sandwich with my family. The second my mother n law went up to peacefully order a sandwich, the lady (kinda tall, has a mole under her eye) immediately gave attitude. I’ve never seen such poor customer service. The entire time me and my family ordered and said what we wanted on our sandwich, the employees would rudely talk to us and act like we were dumb. They put our sandwiches in the toaster without asking, and one of us wanted something on it before it was toasted. Very poor customer service.

This place has the rudest employees!!!! 5/1/24 at 7:44 a lady took our order if you could call it that. She never greeted us, messed with her phone the entire time she was standing at the counter, didn’t move the thing for us to see what we wanted. Absolutely rude!!!!!! I’ll never go back in there if I see her behind the counter!!!!
