This was defintely not authentic Mexican food. It’s so sad that Mexican restaurants want to cater to changing the authenticity of real Mexican food to fit a different demographic.
I ordered Enchiladas de pollo, NEVER have I ate enchiladas that were sweet and made with tomato sauce, it’s in the name “Enchiladas” made to be spicey and made with red chile sauce not tomato sauce. This was disgusting! I have never ordered queso fundido where it was served with store bought flour tortillas. The tortillas are not made there, just goes to show what these people even know about authentic Mexican food! BTW, I sent my plate back and didn’t end up eating anything. I won’t be going back.
I don’t write reviews usually and if I am this time it’s to warn people who actually know what AUTHENTIC MEXICAN food is, that this place does not serve it. Word to the wise, don’t waste your money.

This was probably the worst Mexican food ever experienced. The red chili tasted like Ragu spaghetti sauce, the cheese enchilada lacked cheese and the taco was best described as soupy. A $60 bill for food that wasnt even palatable. The waiter was fantastic though

Best tacos!!! Homemade tortillas with your tacos & quesadillas. They even put a shrimp in my beer. This place is so good. SO GOOD!!! Service and atmosphere is great too. It’s so clean. Best Mexican food I’ve had in years! I live in Pueblo, & the food is real bad there.

Comparing to other local Mexican restaurants & the former one at this location (Fiesta Mexicana), this place has TERRIBLE food. I don’t predict it will last long. The remodel ia very nice & staff is good; it’s the food that’s awful. Old El Paso out of a can is better. That could improve a LOT.

Ordered something I have never seen at any restaurant before. Was salmon on a wonderful , delicious Simply The best mushrooms in a cheese sauce or something that I have ever eaten or experienced before there were 2 options. Either a piece of chicken or the salmon while I’ve never had salmon in a Mexican restaurant before. In my life, and if I ever get back that way, ever again in my life, I will camp out on their doorstep. Waiting for them to open just to experience this one more time. I wish I had asked how they made the cream sauce with the mushrooms.

Clean and spacious, the decor is modern and welcoming. The service is friendly and attentive, and the food is wonderful with perfect portions! We had the Enchiladas Poblanas and it was fantastic.
