Let me tell you about my experience with T & M. We got to-go orders of the pulled pork and brisket platter. The servings were enormous and will be enough for us to have for the next day. The pulled pork was juicy and easy to pull apart further. The brisket was tender and slightly moist. Perfect in my opinion. We separately got the original and spicy barbecue sauces. You will be equally satisfied with either choice. I eat hot stuff normally and did not find the spicy sauce to have a lot of bite. I am fine with that because I wasn’t looking for a challenge. The baked beans are one of a kind, not loaded with sugar, but still packing excellent flavor. The cherries on top were the mac and cheese and the corn muffin. If I could eat more I would have but at least I have some for tomorrow. Overall, you get the best bang for your buck when you come to T & M. I would argue that it is the best barbecue in north central West Virginia.

Brisket sandwich – served on a regular hamburger bun. It’s not stacked with meat, but it’s as expected and it comes with a side to justify the price. The beans we got with it came in a big portion and they were amazing. Has some pork in it. I think the value is right on.

Waffle fries were frozen? No salt.
Hoping the regular fries are hand cut and seasoned, but we didn’t get to try them this time. I can’t even give the waffle fries a rating.
I got the chicken and brisket platter.
To my surprise, you get a smoked half chicken instead of pulled chicken. Some people might not want the half chicken, but I think it was great. Chicken could maybe use a little extra seasoning before hitting the pit, but It was awesome with a little sauce. House sauce is good.
The Mac and cheese is reminiscent of KFC style – elbow noodles with a creamy base. I felt this Mac and cheese was good, but the sauce was a little thin / needs more cheese. I can only give it a 3/5. A half-step up from KFC.
Brisket 4/5. I just prefer a little more bark or burnt ends, but it was good!
Hush puppies were like a 4/5.
There’s plenty of indoor seating, counter service was good, and staff made good time fulfilling 4-5 orders.

A great local BBQ, they have about a half dozen different BBQ sauces to use on there pulled pork and brisket. The staff was super courteous, and it was very clean! Highly recommend.

Stopped in for lunch one afternoon this week – we are from out of town – and had a great lunch! The portions are huge and it feels like bbq places back home. Another out of towner was having lunch, too, and was friendly with conversation. Would definitely come back if in town!

My husband and I stopped by there recently and were very pleased with everything. the brisket was melt in your mouth and had a wonderful flavor. But top it off with the Bourbon BBQ sauce, oh wonderful. Everything else was just as good… the mac and cheese was yummy. green beans smothered in bacon,,, wonderful. We will be back and recommending to all our friends. Thanks for the great food, great service and friendly smiling faces.

Been here three times and I really expected it to be great based on the positive reviews. First time ordered the pulled pork/brisket combo. Pork was bland and not very smokey. Brisket was extremely dry and not at all like the pictures on here. Also, didn’t get my cornbread. Sauces and sides were great though. Got the jalapeño corn and the smoked baked beans. Called and complained about my order. Second time got the same thing and was only given 10% off. Much better brisket this time. Third time got smoked wings with celery and ranch. Wings were a little under cooked and pink at the bone and they forgot my celery. They seem to forget the little things and attention to detail. Not sure I’ll be back for a fourth.

Yummy pulled pork, tender brisket & crispy smoked chicken wings. All excellent. Choice of sauces for meats; choice of blue cheese (yes!) or ranch for wings. Sides of cole slaw & baked beans were both great. Friendly service. Ordered in person & left in 10 with my take out. Good prices. All good.

Food was fantastic. Good smoke on the pulled pork, very tender brisket. Baked beans were appropriately seasoned and not too sweet. Cornbread was tender and good texture. The coleslaw was creamy and tangy.

Just has there food for the second time and it was still great. Brisket had a great smoke ring. Was moist and flaky. Could seriously win some competition in TX. Mac and cheese you could tell was homemade and delicious. Corn bread and hush puppies were awesome too. Wife loved there pulled pork. Great smoke flavor. Even there different BBQ sauces are great. Will be back!

I ordered 1/2 slab of ribs, side order of Mac and cheese and potato salad. As far as the ribs, it was very tender but i will say it is only very good with the BBQ sauce but without, plain tasting. Mac and cheese wasn’t bad. The potato salad wasn’t bad either. It tastes like it’s homemade. I would go back again.
