Very disappointed. Asked for a unsweetened ice tea and got a very sweet iced tea, I went up to the gal and told her I think the lines are swapped because the fountain that said unsweetened definitely was the fix raspberry tea. I thought she might at least try and try it herself or offer to get me another drink instead( I mean it was $3! for a soft drink) but she just told me I was wrong. Then the quesadilla i got was supposed to come with salsa and literally it was just the salsa juice with no chunks at all. The quesadilla was alright but definitely won’t be going back.

Made 2 different orders of tortas. The first one was built with everything in it except the tomatoe. It tasted more like a cheeseburger, not so much of a torta. Didn’t like it. Got another one, and it ws just the asada, lettuce, and mayo. Also, I noticed they put different lettuce. Which I thought was strange. For a torta, it sure was expensive. $12.99. Thought i try it out, but I will not be coming again.

My daughter ate her food and that’s rare. They got my order wrong (chicken, I ordered beef) she apologized and instantly went back and made what I wanted. I ate the chicken because it was good and the beef enchiladas were great. They wouldn’t let me pay for the chicken ones so I tipped them extra.
I recommend you try it, nicer staff than any other food place at the mall for sure.

First and probably last visit. $20 for a drink and the most mid quesadilla I could have made at home and made better or gone elsewhere for double the size and triple the value. I did the math and could have eaten three times at other places in the food court for the same amount. Whoever was working was proud to let me know they don’t offer a mall employee discount, real weird. Salsa tastes like straight up ketchup with a bit of spice. No wonder there’s usually no one there when I’m in the food court.

Ordered chicken enchiladas, once I got my food and took the first bite, there was no chicken in there. After I opened up another one to check and realized they didn’t add the chicken, went up to the cashier and told her about it. She said she was sorry and there’s nothing she can do because I had already “touched” the food. And on top of that she spent all her time in the back room on her phone, I’ve witnessed 5-6 clients show up and wait a few minutes before leaving because she didn’t come out to attend them. 0/10 customer service. Would NEVER recommend to anyone! If rating it 0 stars was an option, I’d rate it in the negatives.

This is a Local Mexican- Style Restaurant . It’s in the Boise Towne Center Indoor Shopping Mall ️ . El Cazo is located in The Food Court Upstairs. It’s a very basic authentic Mexican Casual eatery.
I will definitely be going back to El Cazo again!

Worst costumer service ever! The cashier was useless! After getting out order we realized there was no chicken in the chicken enchiladas. Took it back up & the girl said she did make a mistake but she couldn’t do anything to help because the food was “touched” turned around & went to go sit on her phone. Costumers in line waiting to be helped left because she would not come back out. What a terrible way to run this place! I will make sure I share this bad experience anytime I can!

What the hell ad there was no one to take any order at all. The lights were on but no one out front. They had lots of bags of their fried things that are at stores and fairs but nothing else. I don’t know what to think of this place because it’s lunch time, oh wait they must be on their lunch break.
