She made my steak and egg sub and then completely wasted my time. After more than 10 minutes struggling with the register, she told me I had to pay cash — which is basically extortion. I even gave her extra time by grabbing more items, but when I came back, she said she had to call someone to figure it out. When I told her she wasted my time, her response was, “Cry me a river.”
I don’t usually write reviews, but this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The cashier not only wasted my time, but also disrespected me as a customer and mocked me instead of doing her job. If this is how your staff treats people, it reflects extremely poorly on your business. This behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional, and needs to be addressed immediately.

I think I just ate my Subway sandwich I’ve ever had!! Vicki was so nice and pleasent, she made my sandwiches perfectly and they were delicious.. I am so satisfied with the kind respectful service and perfect sandwiches that this is now my permanent Subway!! 5 stars all the way!!

This subway will charge you almost double for your order if you don’t pay attention, service is poor and communication is horrible. Be aware when you order your sub. Ordered 6” sub got charged for 12” and he still won’t apologize for his unprofessional behavior.

Unprofessional, Disrespectful, and Disappointing
I visited your location at the TA Vero Beach #0197. My experience at this restaurant was extremely upsetting, not just because of the poor service, but because of the comment made by management. After I had decided for the sandwich + chips instead of the full meal, the manager said behind my back — and then admitted to saying — “It’s only $1.60 difference, can’t she pay $1.60?” That comment was humiliating, unnecessary, and completely unprofessional. It wasn’t about the money; it was about being treated with basic respect as a customer.
No customer should ever be spoken about that way, especially by someone in a leadership position. This experience left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. Because of the rude behavior, lack of professionalism, and poor customer service, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.
FYI rude manager, I only had the Ultra credit meal for $17 and was not goin back to the truck to go get change.

Was sitting down at a table , went up to order a sandwich and a young lady came over and asked me and another person who was already eating to leave because she wanted to close the seating area 8:30, mind you they are open until 10pm . She had an ear piece in her ear which seems to be accepted in today’s society while working. I ordered my sandwich and the young lady began talking about me, being upset that I and the other gentleman couldn’t eat our sandwiches at a table and had to leave the restaurant. (Side note they also seem to stop making HOT SANDWICHES at 8:30 as well and it’s only cold sandwiches until 10pm ). The young lady was still talking about me while I was being rung up by another employee and purchasing my sandwich , she even quoted, she was talking to the manager and that manager could here this conversation. I haven’t ever been disrespected like this before while buying food. I really hope management does something about this because it’s a shame customers have to be treated like this . At least the other employee was respectful made the sandwhich , and even turned the toaster back on to make a hot sandwich quickly . Customer service seems to be dying with employees now being disrespectful toward customers. I guess the one positive was at least the sandwich was great.

O shit The girl who serves is super rude. I said good morning and she got into an attitude because she was eating during work hours and didn’t have any costumers. Then she treated me with a bad temper. I simply told her thank you. I don’t want to eat here anymore. The food might upset my stomach because of your bad treatment. She didn’t care about losing a customer, which represents an economic loss for Subway. They should have better staff or at least need verbal education

In my opinion… You’d sell more if someone was at the counter! 3 customers looked, waited and walked off.. So.. No subs sold in the 47 minutes I was taking a break and enjoying my Popeyes ((except an employee sub))
– But then on my way out the man mopping the floor ask a customer standing under the “Please Order Here” sign if he wanted a sub? All the while 3 women employees behind the counter at the register in huddle talking amung themselves and not paying the customer any mind.
