Restaurant Milka is a fine dining restaurant. Our vision is founded on providing regional seasonal ingredients, inspired by the Alpine surroundings and traditions. Join us for a delightful dining experience throughout the day. Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM. Join us for dinner from 6:00 PM. Last sitting is at 7.30 PM.

I’ve been to Milka a few times over the years and somehow it just keeps getting better. Every single dish is packed with flavour, beautifully executed and incredibly creative. The use of local, seasonal products really shines through in both the quality and originality of the food. The non-alco pairing is genuinely the best I’ve had anywhere and elevates the entire meal. The ambiance is modern and elegant with stunning views and there’s always great music playing in the background. If you go to just one fine-dining restaurant in Slovenia, make it this one. Can’t wait to return!

The best Michellin star experience I’ve ever had. It surpassed 3-starred restaurants in NYC. Food was impeccable, staff attentive and kind. Everything was extremely aesthetically pleasing and the views are unbeatable. We had the “our story” pairing and it was fun to try all of the beverages. I was especially impressed by the juices. A truly authentic experience and unique story telling, sincere to its location and roots.

Amazing food combinations, some very exciting such as poached trout with lardo or their signature dish beetroot with bear fat and caviar. 2 Michelin stars are well deserved for this place, very kind staff not in a too formal of a context. Great views from the restaurant on the beautiful Slovenian mountains. If you love fine dining, exciting combination and astonishing views than Milka is a must when visiting Slovenia!!

Dining at Restaurant Milka was an extraordinary Slovenian experience. Every dish was just simply delicious and amazing. You can judge by the silence when enjoying the dishes. My wife and I had the most incredible evening at Milka. The restaurant is beautiful overlooking Lake Jasna and the mountains.
