Very hit or miss unfortunately. I get a veggie sub and sometimes it’s less than 1/4 cup of veggies, other times a full actual sub.
It’s pretty clean as subways go and staff is good/friendly.

I have occasionally came to subway on Cambridge st Burlington and its been a very great place for me to enjoy lunch and time in an not overly crowded atmosphere and placing orders that do not make one reluctant to enjoy the staff are very pleasant a gentleman worker there Chinu makes it a pleasant experience as well as many other employees kind and friendly and very expeditious in allowing you time to enjoy yourself whether on the go or eating in. I will be coming again soon

My turkey wrap was missing the turkey! When I went back (had ordered online and picked up) showed them the mistake, they wanted to slap turkey on the deconstructed wrap and call it good. I asked him to make me a new one. He then argued with me for several minutes before begrudgingly making me a new one with turkey this time. Got my sandwich after 30min of driving back and forth and arm wrestling the worker. Not worth the hassle.

Ordered 4 subs all 4 were lacking main ingredients. After the first two we were hesitant to leave a review but after we realized all 4 subs were lacking compared to our regular subway in Woburn we had to get the message out. Also a burnt rock hard cookie. I will not be going back. Here’s a few photos.

I ordered my food for pickup and ate in the restaurant with my 7 year old. Half my order was sitting on the register counter for anyone to take. When I grabbed the bag, she had come out from the back. She did not say a single word to me as I picked out the chips and soda for my daughters meal (which I had designated in the app and was not put with the order). We picked the least dirty table, it looked like the dining area had not been cleaned in a bit. The worker went to the back. As for the food. Our sandwiches were mostly bread with a few of the ingredients requested. My daughters sub barely had anything in it and I ordered extra of everything! Worst experience in awhile. I would suggested going to any of the other locations in the 2 mile radius.

The staff is incompetent, likely due to poor training. I ordered three footlongs. The employee made them with half the ingredients, flatbread untoasted, folded them the wrong way, and then insisted this is how it’s always been done (it isn’t).

I placed my Subway order online, and the guy completely messed it up. I’m not talking about one or two things wrong — he made an entirely different sandwich than what I ordered. And when I went back to fix it, he flat-out refused to give me the correct one I paid for. No apology, no help, just attitude. This is unacceptable.

Walked in and as soon as I walked in to order the employee walked in the back. I stood inside for 10 minutes and no one walked back out. Once I left the store and got to my car the employee walked back out again. Crazy.
