Was highly disappointed to find a chunk of some substance (I’m guessing cocoa) in my Acai refresher. Being allergic to chocolate, this could have ended very badly. Please be more cautious next time Starbucks.

Came in as I usually do every Sunday to buy coffee for my church. Was treated poorly by Suzy. Hastily told me I should “go next door” to eat when asking about the freshness of the Starbucks baked goods. I simply asked if they were baked in house or come on a truck. She rudely said “on a truck, frozen”. That’s not abnormal, what’s abnormal is the way I was treated for asking a simple question. More reasons to go and support a small business.

I come in almost every morning spend 6-15 dollars I buy my wife a new cup plastic it breaks a week in and they won’t exchange it without receipt really who hangs on to a coffee shop receipt I’m sure it never made it out of the store that is bad business so for your 20.00 cup you just lost 60.00 a week customer good job manager stepped up and did the right thing

I ordered my birthday beverage online then drove thru to pick it up. Very busy store at 12:30 pm. There were 3 people ahead of me and I still had to wait by the window for about 5-7 minutes.

I love this Starbucks the baristas are always very nice the service is great. Unfortunately I do have to give two starts to the fact that is the third time I ask for very light ice on my lemonade and more than half way is full of ice. This is a venti cup and I got mostly ice for my drink. Very disappointed.

When you can tell the employees hate being at work, it’s a problem. It makes you not enjoy your coffee. I took 1 minute to decide what I was ordering and it seemed to be a problem. Another girl told the cash register employees to start making coffee. Just happened so you can check date and time of employees there. Not friendly at all. Even when asking for what the drink was because I couodnt remember the employee gave me attitude and on top of that they messed up my order.

I love this Starbucks, this is the most friendliest house of coffee ever, you are greeted as soon as you barely get your foot in the door, they remember your drinks based on everything, the weather, your mood everything..every barista here is your friend and though some people think they are just here to serve them drinks and are rude, they don’t let that phase them, their district manager Jihad makes himself available to anyone via email, they strive for quality the only grumpy faces you see leave are the ones who came in that way.. these are the most genuine and hardest working baristas out there…maybe, just maybe it’s something in the water or even worse, they really love their jobs..either way In the end, everyone wins who walks in or out of the door on 6th and hamner.
