Made a mobile app order. There were free parking lots shared in this shopping center. Arrived at the time of promise, and the sandwich was ready for pickup. The store was clean and spacious. The restroom required a code to open. The Outlaws Cheese Steak was full of ingredients as expected.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience at a Subway. Tons of easy free parking, recently renovated bright interior, super attentive service from friendly staff, spotless and well appointed bathroom. Will definitely come again…

Food was good. Staff was friendly, but way too loud. We dined in and the girls working spoke to the customers and each other way too loud. I don’t need to hear their personal conversation while eating.

I hear about orders placed here all the time and everything was well until recently, poor customer service. Yesterday, My best friend ordered from this shop and had to contact the store due to the waiting time. The order took a half an hour past the additional wait time to arrive. Once she got her food she found that a part of the order was wrong. Today she ordered from this shop again only to find they forgot a part of her order.

Coming from ny to North Carolina. Stopped for dinner at subway. It was the best time. I’ve been going to subway since I can remember. The associate MAX was courteous nice and had a bright smile. Would recommend this place over any other diner. Keep up the work.

I’ve never had any issues with this subway location. My family and I’ve eaten here countless times for several years. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and the food is always fresh. It can be a little hectic getting into the parking lot on busy days though.

Picked up sandwiches there tonight. The girl helping us was amazing (I hate that I didn’t get her name!). My autistic daughter has special requests and she LOVES Subway and watching her sandwich get made. A disappointing Subway visit will stick with her for days. (We also struggle with getting her to eat enough non-junk food.) The lady was so kind and accommodating that my daughter was so excited about her sandwich that she almost ate a full footlong, twice as much as she can normally eat. I appreciated the kindness we received, especially considering we showed up 10mins before closing.

Three new employees were working during dinner hour. Sandwiches were sloppily made and flat breads were not even cut. Employees have no idea about food safety or even safety in general. Offered to take sandwiches behind the counter to cut them after they were touched by us. Ended up giving us a sharp knife to cut them ourselves. Completely unsafe and a liability for the restaurant. Handing an already upset, angry customer a knife. Also, no manager on duty and no posted Serv Safe certificates posted which is a health code violation. They either need better management or shut down.
