This pizzeria with the absence of ‘Greg’, whom I think is to be one of the owners or partners as there are 2 Donnagio locations is quite honestly hit or miss. The best pizza is made when Greg is there and of all types, really good. When he isn’t there I have to say that Dominoes would be right on par with the quality. Burnt up pizza always damned overcooked. I freaking hate that particularly when you tell them you don’t want it well done or crispy. Geez. I can’t recommend the place because I don’t know who’s in charge when Greg isnt there but this is no excuse. Consistently serving up good food in the restaurant business is key and therefore 3 stars all the way till they can fix this problem.

I decided to give this place another shot after I had a tough experience a while back, and I am so glad I did because I learned they are UNDER NEW MGMT , and you can tell. The food was great, prices are really low and the time turnaround was very quick something as simple as pizza just as different with them to something as complicated as dinners like chicken Parm, and chicken franchise taste better than what you get in the restaurants and diners WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO TRY THIS PLACE OUT, you will not regret it

I have ordered from Donna’s Pizza for over 10 years and the food is great. I love their pizza, mozzarella sticks as well as their chicken wings. The service is super friendly and always prompt when ready for pick-up. The restaurant is clean and it has a nice atmosphere to dine-in with family. Thank you ☺️

I have become a somewhat regular here. One of the better pizzas in the area and fair prices in my opinion. The staff is always very nice, and they seem to care about the customers satisfaction. They also have very good fries and give a lot of them. I have tried sandwiches and calzones here as well. The calzones are good but my favorite is of course the pizza. I would and have come back, the food is very consistent and usually is prepared fast.

We had been looking for a good, local neighborhood pizza place for awhile and have tried a few that were just okay. Donnagio’s definitely was the exception. Personable staff, quick delivery and more than reasonable price for the quality. Everything was hot when received and delicious. We’ve order a few times since and same great experience. We are now dedicated customers!

Went there for a slice a few weeks ago and it was pretty good. Had a pie delivered and the pizza was very different. Mostly thick dough slightly burnt on the bottom and barely melted cheese. I would stop by for a slice again but would not order delivery. There is no parking but for local residents easily within walking distance. Still rate angelos in Fairview as the best for delivery and Pizza Club in edgewater for the best slice in Bergen county.

share of pizza. As a matter of fact when I was young my family owned a pizzeria.
This was the worst pizza by far I have ever had.
I called for sausage pie.I live across the street from this ‘pizzeria in Cliffside Park. When I picked it up the young main insisted I ordered a plain pie. He turned and whispered to the owner who muttered under his breath. The young main came back and told me “don’t worry he will fix it in a minute Owner proceeded to take cold pie and place some sausage on it. He placed it in oven with box folded to expose top of pizza to oven heat. I immediately questioned the man at cash register. He tells me it wasn’t my pizza but for someone else for delivery.
I paid $20 and took box across the street to my apartment.
COLD,BURNT DRY,WORST TASTING PIZZA IN MY LIFE. It was obviously the recooked pizza. DISHONEST!!
I called and he answers phone and apologized for owner again cursing me out in background.
NEVER EAT A THIS PIZZARIA
DISGUSTING THIEF!
I encourage them to defend themselves and explain their behavior.

Guess inflation got better of them, always ordered calzone from them because felt got mote bang for buck. Calzones used to be about size of small pizza box. Now the calzones shunk in half the size. First time ordered about month ago after awhile figured was a fluke until recent and found yet again dispointment. Quality has gone away and should change the menu description NOT to say overstuffed because in past the cheese use to come out once cut open, Not NOT SO MUCH anymore. Just not price with size. I would have been okay paying $1.00 more for older size.. Ordered Chicken wings which were left in fryer too long causing wings to be on dry side. Not sure about 1 post about ambience because it’s typical pizza place with few tables. This is my opinion and
