We got the fried chicken, mashed potatoes, peas and corn. Chicken was edible but so so. Not the best, not the worst I’ve ever had.
When you arrive, you have to go up to the counter and order. Most foods are prepared in advance and sit there under a heat lamp.
I read many positive reviews for this place on Google. All I can say about those is those people must not get out much and maybe don’t have much to compare to.
All that being said, Sneedville is a tiny town deep in the
hills of Tennessee. This diner, which isn’t really a diner because in diners there are waitstaff who take your order and bring your food to you, is probably about the best this area has to offer, aside from the local Mexican restaurant. It is a family owned business and it seems to be a well liked place amongst the locals.

Very good food fast service small hot bar or you can order from.the menu. They have fountain drink but was out of order, so tou have can drinks and milk Orange juice.

$+ Very reasonably priced food in a clean and friendly environment. They always have several really good options here. The food was fresh, hot and very good. Staff were very friendly. Nice little hometown diner. I highly recommend this place.

Great food, and friendly service. If you want a quick bite they have a hot buffet (employee prepared), if you’d like to order food they have a large menu and food is cooked after it’s ordered. Great family feel. Breakfast is amazing, highly recommend the biscuits and gravy.

A good local diner to have a meal, plenty of indoor seating, decor is basic no frills eatery but it is clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The food is ordered at the counter. The menu options are somewhat limited however all the food was tasty. The prices were reasonable and appropriate.

As good as their fried chicken is, today I wanted something slightly different. So today I got chicken planks (fingers). 3 came as the standard order, so I got that along with mashed potatoes w/gravy and green beans. It was slightly less than $11 and very good.
