Charming place, but food quality has changed!! All three ordered the chicken salad croissant, but the croissants were so dried out, we couldn’t eat it!! Very Dissapointed. It wasn’t a little dry, it was like it sat out for weeks!!

Exceptional Service! My mother loved all the items to shop for, after we had a flavorful lunch. The soap in bathroom has a bit too much scent, cuz there are a lot of scents otherwise in shop. A bit overwhelming. Otherwise all great!

Convenient and cozy place to stop for sandwiches, salads, or soups on the way into the Northwoods. The bathrooms are clean, well-stocked and welcoming, not a small consideration on a road trip.
I had a chicken salad croissant sandwich and was pleasantly surprised by the flaky and buttery pastry that even a Parisian would recognize as a proper croissant. The chicken salad was moist and flavorful, if a bit plain.
My companions are unable to eat gluten and found only one item on the menu: vegetable soup. They had no complaints about the soup, but it wasn’t enough of a meal.

I walked in today with my family and the workers are SICK! One couldn’t stop coughing. If you’re sick you shouldn’t be working with food. Also was not covering her cough or washing hands. We walked out. Disgusting there is a lack of cleanliness and care for customers.
