Presented coupon for a FREE sub that expires 3/20/26. The store employee said the coupon is not valid, the franchise owner discontinued it because too many people came in for the free sandwiches. Not only did they not honor the coupon, they gave no concession – no free chips or soda offered.

First time at this location today and they would not accept my coupon for a free sandwich , although it was valid they claimed they could not accept it because it was misused etc by the community still should be honored in my opinion and probably legally , honestly didn’t make sense to me but I ended up still getting the sandwiches because the customer service was 10 stars it was very clean and I loved the team work and environment they displayed, it was hard for me to be upset because the the guy taking our order was so genuine and patient , the sandwiches were amazing and tasty we will return despite the coupon issue thank you for the food and amazing customer service and clean environment!!

I went here a few months ago and ordered two subs using a gift card and got charged an extra two subs for making a combo and was told back to back. That’s just how it is until I came back later stating that they were wrong after confirming with another location that I got overcharged for my order and I kept coming back day after day trying to get my refund for the Miss overcharge and manager was never in. Told me to come in at any time but was never in when I came in. I tried for 2 weeks and I’m just honestly done with this place. Be aware of this location and their terrible service and they’re bad employee that overcharge people not knowing common sense.

This is the first time I am trying a bowl instead of a sandwich. Also the first time I am getting avocado from here as well. Please tell me why this little bitty scoop of smashed avocado cost $4.75!?!?! Please make it make sense. The bowl tastes fantastic but why so much for the quac!?

Zero stars! Should be -3 stars! Ordered on their app for delivery, a California club, and it was all bread and hardly anything for ingredients!! I see pictures of good looking sandwiches in other reviews but my sandwich was nothing but lies!! E-LIES!! How do you charge $20 for a $5 sandwich!!! The sides were the star of the meal unfortunately! TOGO’S is 100% better for the price and quality!! I took a shot and now I know that maybe only in the state of New Jersey you might get better sandwiches!! Subways is better than what I received!! SAD SAD SANDWICH!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I patronize this location often daily and last week I went in to get the veggie sandwich only to find new staffing. Not an issue until they’re concern was having me manually placed my card info in to pay even before completing my sandwich. They never asked if I wanted the sandwich “Mike’s Way” but when I told them I’d like more than 4 tomatoes on a veggie sandwich and vinegar on the side, with mayo on the top bun, they failed to do that before wrapping the sandwich up. Meanwhile the young lady was complimenting s patrons tattoos while standing over me making sure I correctly punched my card numbers in. Bad business. To make matters worse when I go to eat the sandwich not only are the condiments not there but it’s the wrong bread. I call to advise I’m told by a male to go r my info to Venetia she takes the order to remake. 10 minutes later, I get a call from a Sherry who is argumentative, raises her voice over my calm voice, tells me she’s the manager and part owner, and goes on to say ” yeah I should have gotten on the phone earlier, we just can’t afford to comp a sandwich for condiments!”
