When you walk up to the window to place your order you are greeted with a smile & a warm welcome. Professional, polite, and happy to serve you. Their shaved ice flavors are amazingly delicious & they serve ice cream too. There’s no rush when ordering. The staff is very helpful & courteous. There are picnic tables to sit at & all the surroundings are clean & well kept. This establishment has a small town southern charm appeal. And it’s all priced perfectly.

Wow. I loved it. I didn’t know what I was getting. I thought it was a regular ice cream stand. Was never so happy to be wrong. I had the shaved ice Sunday the lady helped me choose because I had never done a shaved ice before like this. I had a Butterbean sundae and enjoyed every single bite!

Huge selection of snow cone flavors. Staff is really nice, and the place is always busy during the season when it’s open. I take my boys after little league. They enjoy the Smurf Fart flavor. Rather numerous name, but really good flavor.

Been coming here for about 3- years now on and off, I never had any issues other than when ever I get a large they never use enough syrup completely and I usually have to get more. When this happened before, If I needed more syrup because there was none left in my cup they would gladly give me more, or even if I told them I didn’t like the flavor I could just substitute the flavor it was never an issue.. however today was a completely different story. I went back because I needed more syrup because there was none in my cup. I simply asked if I could have another flavor with the little bit of ice that was left in the little bit that is left because I didn’t like the flavor I originally got. The cashier was very VERY rude about it and said they don’t “do that here”… even though I have done this multiple times and there was clearly no syrup left in the cup. Knowing she was looking for an argument and was raising her voice at me I just simply said okay, she then proceeded to poor the syrup I expressed I did not like in my cup with the ice and this time drowning my ice in the syrup. I never once had any problem with snow biz, they have all been very nice however this is my first incident and was very uncalled for and not professional at all . Also, keep in mind they were not busy at all, and you can add a few different syrups they do not charge per syrup so I have no idea why she decided to be so hostile towards me about this.

Always a delight! Very tasty! I would have given it 5 stars if they didnt close every time it rains. We live about 45 min away and have driven up there just to get rained out. People want slushy goodness regardless of the rain!!!!!

Always a good experience and this is a bit bias but I have always loved sno-biz because I grew up going here but even still after I moved away when I come back to Bellaire I will always stop at frizzies for the pepperoni rolls and a large shaved ice from sno-biz, that is a delicious combo. I only wish that they would be open all year long. Definitely great after any sport practice or games. Overall great place with a mountain of flavors and haven’t had a disappointing experience in 16 years.
