I walked to the window a couple days ago. I ordered what I wanted and didn’t have to wait too long. The people working were friendly and didn’t take but a couple of minutes to get my order in and out. I’ve also gone through the drive thru early in the morning and haven’t had a bad experience yet. The staff is always super nice and have great suggestions. The only predicament I see here is choosing between Starbucks and Dunkin, now that they’re across the street from each other. I will definitely come back to this location again.

The food is delicious, and so are the drinks! I got a Mango Dragon fruit mixed with a Strawberry Acai. Both with lemonade for a nice sour kick. It was a little on the pricey side, but hey, isn’t good quality supposed to be pricey?
I absolutely enjoyed my experience here. I will most definitely be back for some more.

Great walk-up service. We did not have any food or even know if the location has indoor seating and service. There was a line of cars in the drive-through, so we had the time to just park and take advantage of the walk-up window. Great customer service. When we are back in town, we will visit this location again.

I have been going to the store for over a year and have never, and I mean never had any complaints about it until today. The people at the drive-through are always amazing with a great smile and conversation to add to the coffee. However, today I went through the drive-through to pick up my mobile order just like every day for the last 365+ days And was greeted by something totally different. I smoke however, when I go to a drive-through, I move my cigarette to my inside hand, so as not to put smoke in everyone’s face because I know everyone does not smoke. The lady at the window didn’t smile did not say hello. She handed me my order and while doing so Said don’t smoke at our drive-through and close the window before even asking about straws. I understand that some people don’t smoke however there’s a better way to go about saying that and because of this experience, I will from now on drive way out of my way to go back to Caribou Coffee.

11/15/24 Haley (I hoped I spelled her name correctly) was amazing I had a problem from another location (who literally laughed at me) and when I told her what happened she was able to help me, She was so sweet and so helpful! When I’m back in Nebraska I would definitely make this location my stop.

Service is so much better this summer. The teas are good. High salt and less healthy bakery items although the ingredients are listed online. Need more items that are good for human health. Listen to us, the Perfect Bar is a good start though it has a teaspoon of sugar.
