For the last 2-3 weeks, I have not been able to eat well. I can hardly hold down food and I only eat around 500-600 calories a day. I’ve lost about 20 pounds in the last few weeks and it’s starting to worry me. Today, I went to Smoothie King and asked what smoothie had the most calories. A very friendly employee helped me find what I had in mind and helped me customize it to my liking. Yeah, I know, it’s the bare minimum of customer service but you know what, That’s ok! The lady who helped me was incredibly helpful and informative and it honestly made my day to see someone show me even an ounce of kindness, especially with how I’m usually treated. So whoever that girl was, I hope you see this. Your small act of kindness, that you probably just saw as your job, made my day and made me have hope for myself 🙂
