I just picked up my beef order. It looks great. I truly appreciate them loading it into my car. They were excellent throughout the process and now I am looking forward to enjoying the beef. One of the best things is that they did not remove all the fat an marbleing!! That is important for the flavor, Thank you Mountain Steer.

The filets are straight from heaven…..tender doesn’t even begin to describe the texture and the flavor is like ambrosia off of Mt. Olympus….. Devine.
New York strips perfect flavor and texture and the sirloin steak presented well and was simply a great addition to my breakfast…..all A+++
And the ground sirloin…… best damn hamburger I have had in over 25 years……simply unreal!

I bought a sizeable amount of beef from these folks last week. Everything was packaged and boxed well; they even loaded it up for me. My family and I have eaten two meals so far: NY Strip and burgers for a neighborhood get together. Both were phenomenal. I highly recommend Mountain Steer.
