went today to Sbarro, located at Millenia Mall, and had an extremely negative experience.
After waiting for about 10 minutes to be served, I was treated very poorly. When I asked a woman at the counter for assistance, she simply took a slice of pizza and did not respond to my request at all.
In addition to the terrible service, it was very disturbing to see another employee preparing pizza dough while wiping his nose, with his mask pulled down, and then continuing to handle the dough. This was completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint.
Terrible experience. I will never return.

I visited this location at the Mall at Millenia and was served old pizza. When I went back to ask for a fresh slice, the employee gave me one from under the counter. The crust was hard, and the center was cold. Very disappointing experience — I do not recommend!

WHAT. A. JOKE. My daughter and I simply walked up, smiled, said hello, and asked if they were serving. The response I got from was a scowl on the face of a very rude employee followed by and a nasty “NO! WE AIN’T OPEN!” Sir, I hope you have a better day.

Pizza is pretty good, but despite it coming out of the oven to reheat it’s never warm enough. I had ordered a single slice, worker tried to get me to order 2 slices (you want 2? No. 1. Okay 2. NO 1. I’ll give you 2. NO 1 slice.) then another throws a fit when I point out which slice is mine, and I order 2 drinks. For the price I pay, I expected a little more quality experience.

I would’ve given it a better review. The pepperoni Stromboli was mostly cheese with a few slices of pepperoni thrown in to the mix. It did taste good albeit. The one that used to be near me would stuff it full. I was very disappointed.

We ordered a whole NY pizza and we waited 20 minutes which was not too bad since they were busy. Unfortunately they had added Parmesan cheese which we did not ask for, since my kids don’t like it. I told one of the employees the problem and she said she had added free of charge I explained that wasn’t the issue. I never had this issue at other locations in California. She said she’ll make a new one and apologized. She personally took it to our table after a while. We tipped her for being so nice about it and the kids enjoyed it.
