Alright, came here after a while to get a 6 inch cold cut combo. I just had one in Rochester for $6.

At this location it’s $9 for their most BASIC 6″ sub.

Have yall lost your damn minds!? What is the world coming to. $9 for a cold cut? Will not be returning again.

I will say the worker was very nice and service was good. But those prices are THEFT.

Never again, young man working was throwing food around, very negative attitude, over charged us(30 dollars for one footlocker and 1- 6inch) and we were the only ones there. Guess he would rather hid in the back and do nothing.

Had a terrible experience at the commerce drive location. There was one young lady working all by herself with minimal experience. She was very pleasant, and talkative but I felt bad for her because they ran out of bacon, salami, Dr Pepper, amongst other things. She said she couldn’t slice anything because she wasn’t old enough and didn’t know how to change the pop out. She made me a meatball sub because I couldn’t get the sub I wanted as many things were out. The sub was so sloppy that I had to eat it with a fork – I understand that meatball subs are typically on the messy side, but this was destroyed and I really should have asked her to start over as bad as it was but I felt bad for her. I’m surprised she is allowed to be there all alone for so many hours without the help of someone experienced to ensure paying customers are getting what they are paying for. We were there on 6/1/25 at 3:00. No fault of the young lady, just lack of leadership in my opinion to ensure all is well. Subway has gotten out of hand with the cost of subs and for this store to represent a big franchise like Subway is a shame.

The person working was very rude. My husband asked about something on the menu and was completely dismissed. I understand that people have bad days but don’t take it out on every person you encounter, they may be going through more than you know too.

There was a helpful young man at the store that day very nice and had a great experience with him, his co worker tho who seemed to be his superior came in later and was not helpful at all. Couldn’t log into the app to obtain my coupons and was not able to get assistance so paid full price for 2 sandwiches. Would be good if they had there coupons codes to scan at the store and maybe she could have been more helpful instead of snarky and a little dismissive.

When I go in person and order it’s great. The only issue I have is when it comes to online ordering. I’ve ordered here like 5 times and they have NEVER made my sandwich correctly. I ask for some super simple buffalo chicken sub with American cheese (and that’s it), and then I get this sub with 4 tiny pieces of chicken and a million veggies that nobody likes. It’s like they want to get rid of veggies so they don’t expire, so they just toss as many in with the online orders as they can.

Stopped in on a Sunday morning and they were not busy. The one employee that was working was quick making the sandwiches without being sloppy. I had a coupon which made my experience better because I think they are a bit spendy without one. The food counters were clean and the food looked and tasted fresh. The sub was also cut completely through which always makes me happy. Good experience here.

Never eating here again. I got food poisoning. I came yesterday after work and ate a footlong sandwich and it made me extremly sick. And i have been to the ER twice and i got food poisoning. Also threw up and its the sandwich from yesterday. looking at possibly reporting this business i’m not the first that has gotten sick from here apparently.

I will never be ordering subway again. First there way to damn expensive without a coupon code, and the app will puropsely switch locations on you AFTER you order it. I wouldnt have an issue, but the employee said its a common problem.

Order taker with grumpy. The chicken was dry. The floor was dirty and so were the tables and chairs. The area where the condiments were, was very dirty also.
Next time I will go to the subway on riverfront period it is much cleaner and friendlier
