I’m changing my rating because of a few workers that have a terrible attitude. Been in there the last three times when the same workers are there after 330pm. I had to wait way too long, was sick of waiting, then walked around the corner to find somebody and the worker was mopping. Their response was being astonished because the co-worker wasn’t at the counter. After rolling the eyes, they helped me understand that the worker was doing something in the back. All that, only to be asked by a rude worker what I wanted. Clearly agitated. The second attempt a week later was even worse. The same worker recognized me and was just straight up mean!!
Today, I stood there almost three minutes!! Schell, Iook at the cameras around 415pm today. Again! I walked around the corner and seen a worker out back. So I opened the door and asked if I could get a coffee. The worker was clearly angry. Gets to the counter and told me that the person was in the back busy! The worker was clearly upset of me being there!! I almost lost it!!!! I decided to change my rating here instead of all that. This is by far, more effective!
I like Tim’s coffee, I’m not going anywhere else. It’s my opinion these workers shouldn’t be serving the public! All the workers in the store part are very nice!! Fix those workers in the coffee shop or I’m not going back

Can’t tell you much about their coffee I don’t like coffee. But their Chai tea was not good at all to me It tasted like drinking Maple syrup.

My coffe was cold and the worker who had a cold sore on her lip said it was because I got 4 creamers she didn’t want to warm my coffee says there is no microwave and there is no way to get the coffee hot because of the four creamers unbelievable. I went to several other locations and always get my coffee the same way. First time in a long time I’ve received a cold coffee as the worker said due to me having 4 creamers.

Every time I order from Tim Hortons it just gets better. I don’t don’t get charged when I ask for extra veggies or even extra cheese if I order a burger
Their sub prices are better than jrecks plus the options are better. Compared to jrecks I have ordered the same items and I spent less at Tim Hortons and the taste is superior.

My favorite coffee! I fell in love with it in Canada. Unfortunately, the wait times are often really long at this location, so don’t go if you are in a hurry. My order is hit and miss on accuracy, but the coffee is always on the weak side compared to Canada. I get shots of espresso, and it’s still very watered down. I always have to get more sugar as well. It’s like the sugar is not calibrated correctly.
The donuts and baked goods are far superior to Dunkin Donuts or anywhere else in town. They taste exceptionally fresh. Please improve the coffee! I know how it’s supposed to taste!

The donuts are not fresh. The staff makes you wait for EVER, doesn’t even acknowledge that you are standing waiting to order. Wednesday 2/19/2025 at 12:10pm the cashier was extremely rude and offered no help to questions about different drinks.
I will NEVER stop here again, too easy to go to Dunkin across the street.

There are cute hockey sticks as door handles. My girlfriend likes them. The place was clean, with a nice presentation of donuts to greet you. However, things fell apart from here. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches and two coffee drinks. This was difficult as the cashier did not know how to apply the mix and match sale for the sandwiches, and also needed help to add a flavor shot to one of the coffees. I gather that this is a combination of unintuitive software UI and insufficient training. I suspect this location is strapped for employees.
The other employee announced that they are behind on their door dash order, yet we were the only ones at the establishment so nothing was holding them up. Again, inefficiency in processes and a lack of training and experience seems likely. It was not reassuring.
We sat and waited for our food. The chair I was in was fine, but my girlfriend thought the bench was a little hard. We got one coffee, a Nutella ice cap, which I hear is their specialty. Shortly after two breakfast sandwiches followed. I have no complaints about these. They weren’t anything amazing, but I didn’t expect amazing for two for $6. No egg shells, if you were worried.
My sugar free vanilla latte was absent. Several people had come and gone, some with their orders but some fed up with waiting for their order. Our food and my girlfriend’s drink were finished. I went to the counter to check on my drink. It was forgotten. They started on it, but the person making it didn’t know what a latte was so they asked me about it.
I got the drink eventually, but couldn’t taste the vanilla. My girlfriend couldn’t either. I asked if it was forgotten. She assured me there were two shots in there. I stirred it, but to no avail. It wasn’t particularly good but at least the coffee didn’t taste burnt, which overall makes it a better experience than the last couple times I went to a Tim Hortons since my recent return to the north. I hope the workers aren’t blamed for this because it’s clear to me that there are fundamental issues with how the franchise is run, as I’ve had bad experiences at my last 4 TH stops.

I love Tim Hortons and always will! I had an unfortunate interaction at this Tim Hortons with Alex though. I ordered a large latte, waited over 15 minutes (NOTE: this was not during any rush hour. I was the only one in line at the time) and then 3 people came in and ordered. They received their food and coffee/drinks before I did. Alex noticed me standing near the register and asked if I was waiting on anything and I told him I was waiting for a large latte. He said he was sorry and said he assumed someone else got it for me. He then made me a coffee, not a latte.
