Don’t order ahead online. I live three minutes from this location. My food was thoroughly cold, all the way through, just five minutes after picking it up. They did nothing to keep this warm.

The food was good, the service was quick, and the place was absolutely spotless.
The Bad:
Firstly, they really need to take the milk off the menu since there is no milk. That is just logic. Secondly, I heard explicit language fron the employees, and I was with my four year old son, so that is problematic.
The Judgment:
2 Stars: ⭐⭐
I would suggest going through the drive-thru, especially if you take issue with offensive language.

I didn’t enjoy my experience at all. Like a lot of fast food establishments, they have become automated. No longer the greeting from a human, sometimes with a smile. Those days are gone clearing the way for a screen to place your order. Making for a darker cold experience.
The food was cold, bland, and the soft drink watered down. The only interaction occurs as they place your order on the counter, calling your name before sliding it to you. Again, not even a smile, just another mechanized exchange.

Don’t order pickup. The setup is horrible. the staff they hired to run the drive through are pissed when they have to walk over and deliver the pickup orders. Chick fil a has dedicated in-store employees handling in store orders and mobile orders. #getwiththetimes

There was long wait after placing the order. We waited about 20 minutes plus to get our food. Finally, the food arrived and there was a hair inside the food. When I asked for replacement, the front desk guy was rude and he didn’t even apologize. They just didn’t care about their customers. #wasteoftime #hair

I live close so I thought this would be a quick grab and go in the busy Saturday we had going on. Nope. Waited in line for ever. Then had to wait for them to bring the food to my car. Suprise! Missing a taco had to go back through the drive through. As the lobby rightfully is closed. Also no hot sauce, no straw and if you see the pic the lack of ingredients was the same or worse than this one. I have seen more ingredients in an empty box. 10/10 not going back to this one. I will drive a bit further in the future to the other one down the road. Spent $20+ on this garbage.
