Rude and unwelcoming service at this Starbucks. The cashier clearly didn’t want to be there and gave us attitude from the start. Prices are outrageous for the small portions you get. Both the coffee and the cold drink were subpar: watery, poorly made, and not worth the cost. When we asked to remake coffee- the cashier resisted, but eventually remade it. Zero customer care.

The manager should talk to the lady currently working at drive thru window… Arrogant, don’t listen to your order, just saying ok ok and make you garbage you didn’t order I left my drink at the window top. That is why Starbucks lost costumes and money for the last 6 months. Just going up with the price and going down with service quality!

I am posting this review to say that the person working the drive thru all morning January 12 2024 is the most polite and nicest employee I have ever met I have came to pick up several DoorDash orders and every time I come by he always has a smile and nice things to say he deserves an award or a raise or both! It is employees like him that make customers want to come back. Keep up the great work!

Everyone here seems to be on robot mode. I get that it’s swamped and you are busy, but a quick second to look up and acknowledge a customer won’t kill you since they are the ones paying for you to be there. If you are an Uber/GrubHub or any other pick up person, letting you now, THEY WILL NOT TALK TO YOU! Even if you speak up and say I’m here for an order, you will either get ignored or possibly yelled at, YES, we witnessed a customer get yelled at because they were there to pick up an order. I’m in shock they haven’t shut down to be honest. I can get a snotty attitude anywhere without having to pay for overpriced coffee to boot. Do yourself a favor and check out Sweet n Brew on Lake for a cozier friendlier feel. There’s only one young man I’ve seen there with black hair usually in a ponytail that is nice(usually a.m), besides that not worth it .

Ordered a grande coffee with cream. It was filled to the very brim. I mean it was ridiculously overfilled. Nothing like burning your hand and coffee spilling everywhere in your car while trying to add Equal.If I could give this place a zero I would. Just paid $125 last week to get my interior detailed to boot. Never again will I spend a penny at any Starbucks locations. Train your employees correctly!! Shame on you Starbucks
