Flatbread SandwhichLOVER
I ordered a foot long flat bread sandwich. Upon receiving my sandwich it appeared to be a 6inch. Went back to let them know this was suppose to be a 12in and not 6 inch and was told that is the whole 12 inch sandwich. CONFUSED I went back to my car to reevaluate the sandwich and realized the lady had put enough toppings for a 6inch in the bread AND ROLLED IT LONG WAYS. Went back in and let them know this is suppose to be folded like a sandwich and not ROLLED. The lady then argued and said “I told you it was the whole flat bread” I corrected her and let her know a flatbread SANDWICH is suppose to be a SANDWICH and not rolled. The lady then took my sandwich arguing and begins to roll the bread the other way. And told me to “be more specific next time” there will not be a next time. Trust me. I only went to this location because the
98 location was sold out of flatbread and that is my preferred bread. But since we are giving suggestions. I suggest not buying a business you have no idea how to run. And also Google is free the next time you forget how to make a sandwich. But don’t worry. I added a picture to reference next time.

This place is awful now. The sandwich that I got it was horrible, dry. They only had wheat bread, the sandwich. I got from my co-worker. They barely put any meat on it. 2 tomatoes on a foot long, I had asking 5 × 2 put more oil and vinegar on my sandwich. The service was horrible. It’s close to where I work, but I won’t go there again

This tiny little Subway is one of the best ones around. They have the freshest food I’ve ever seen at Any Subway the owners. Robert and Tim are really personable, and the sandwich makers are top-notch.

This Subway does not even deserve one star, the Gas station it is excellent. I will go there anytime.
They do not own the SUBWAY®. It is a privately owned franchise, and the owner of it is just simply unprofessional and rude. They’re constantly closing down and they cannot keep Staff. The vegetables that they put on the sandwiches is brown, especially the lettuce.

I tried to give this Subway a chance. I asked the employee if the Titan turkey only gets six pieces of turkey on it then what does the regular turkey sub have? They skimp on everything. Horrible slow service no eye contact from the workers, slimey lettuce (all produce really)
I am respectful to the workers, but I always leave mad and disappointed in the lack of respect and work ethic. If I am spending money, I at least want a ‘hello’ or some kind of basic human decency. Actually, worst customer service I have ever experienced

the food is good but the guy who is working every time my boyfriend and i come in it takes us more than 15 minutes to get 2 very simple subs. I my self used to work at subway and i was told you are supposed to have customers in and out in 2 minutes. mind you there is usually never anyone in front of us.

I do not recommend this place!! It used to be my favorite stop in Daphne until today. I went in to get 2 sandwiches. As I was talking to the worker I was looking at the cheese and noticed hair was on it and I told her. She removed the slice of cheese and continued working. I get my sandwiches quickly and go home. When I get home I notice I have a fly in my food. I called the store in a very nice manner just to notify whoever was on duty. Whoever answered the phone was so rude. He asked me,” If I was trying to do get all my food free?” I laughed and told him no. I actually wasn’t coming back. I could have been very disrespectful because I paid for food not flies. Due to his rudeness I decided to notify others of my findings instead of keeping between me and the restaurant. Please stop assuming people want things free. I still have the sandwich. I didn’t order a full meal. I bought 2 six inch sandwiches.

The new owners/staff are AWESOME! I have lived in Lake Forest for 40 years and have frequented this particular Subway since they opened. The new owners/staff have definitely improved this location!!! The restaurant is clean, the food is fresh, and the staff is polite. This is the ONLY Subway location I visit. Keep up the good work!
