Located inside the Plymouth meeting mall lower level, they have a huge menu to order from. The staff works hard, and the service is fast and friendly. The menu could be deceiving on the price as you get charged for each and every ingredient, so the price gets add up faster. I placed an order for Veggie burger and came out expensive than advertised. But the taste of the burger was awesome and would definitely order from here again.

This place is beyond horrible. I ordered a meat lovers pizza no ham. To begin I can not identify one item in this pizza. The smell is horrible. My food arrived cold even though their menu says fast delivery, it took forever. I also order a shrimp platter (also cold) and cheesesteak rolls. I’m scared to eat anything. Fries seem old and reheated. Called to tell them food was cold and unacceptable and the young lady that answered placed me on hold then came back to home to say , I don’t know what you want me to do but the manger will get the phone in a minute. I said excuse you, did you just say to a customer you don’t know what I want you to do. Then manager gets on phone as says , what is it. Like when I tell you all of their menus went in the trash. I will not give out one at all. Send foos critic there and place will be shut down for sure.

I work in the mall and get food from this location religiously. Unfortunately today I ordered a large plain for my employees, when they came back with it I opened up the box and saw the picture below …
I then went back myself to show them the pizza we just got and instead of them saying sorry and making a new ROUND one he said what’s wrong with it was just to big to fix in the box. It’s fine. After going back and forth with him for 15 mins he finally said fine I will make you a new pie. This place is a joke!!!!!

I ordered wings and forgot to tell them the sauce type I wanted, mild, medium, hot ect. on the Slice app. Someone (thank you) was awesome enough to catch it and put the sauce on the side. Thoughtful gestures make such a difference at a business, you guys rock! Great pizza too.

The CHICKEN cheesesteak here is awesome, however I had a bad experience with the customer service! I ordered a CHICKEN cheesesteak to go at 7:56 pm and after I left I opened my steak and it wasn’t a CHICKEN cheesesteak like I ordered. I called the pizza place at 8:14pm and stated that she gave me the wrong order and I would like to get a new order, she said she was unable to make a new request for a chicken cheesesteak because she didn’t do any mistakes so i had to keep my cheesesteak. I told the lady I do not eat beef and she consistently kept saying I didn’t order a chicken cheesesteak and she will not make me a new order because she was right and i was wrong. Please check your food before you leave! This lady is very rude and does NOT have customer service skills!They do not live up to their motto on providing excellent customer service skills! I will not be going back after that experience and I will be informing my friends and family about this experience.

i ordered a delivery and it took so so long. when i got the pizza it was completely smushed to one side of the box since when it was driven in the car, the hot pizza got smushed during a turn. and they still delivered it, with no refund or return or an apology or anything. this happened awhile ago and i decided to give this place another chance and i regret it. it took well over 20 minutes for a single pizza and sandwhich. the italian hoagie was so bad. it had barely any meat in it, it was literally all bread and cheese, not even a lot of toppings either. just don’t go here.
i also saw the owner respond to a review with the “ ” emoji. when your reviews are so low maybe you should reconsider the way things are done and said!

I can’t say enough good things about my first experience here. We ordered on a Sunday evening which can be a little busy with football going on but everything was perfect!
We ordered 1 large mushroom pizza, 8 hot garlic wings and an order of onion rings. The order was estimated for 50-60 min and the food arrived within 40 min.
The pizza was just fantastic! Excellent sauce and generous amounts of cheese. The mushrooms were fresh and not canned which my wife prefers.
The wings were perfect! Not overly saucy and cooked just right. The flavor of the sauce really surprised me, quite garlicky and not insanely hot. Just right.
The onions rings are the best I have had all around. Now I know onion rings aren’t exactly a restaurant’s huge selling point but if you are a fan of onion rings, you need to get these! Not overly breaded and the onions were nice and thick but not too thick either. Great flavor!

Ordered through doordash. Food came cold but this wasn’t pizzeria’s fault. But! Sauce was way too sweet. Even kids said why is my pizza so sweet? They took one bite and didn’t finish eating. Cheesesteak was flavorless. ♂️
