Came to watch the game and they had them both pulled up…with cold beer on tap. Couldn’t ask for more. Seems like a cool place with plenty of room for darts, beer pong and live music.

I was at Benny’s for a “Paint Party with Julie”. It was a great experience! The bartender made me delicious virgin cocktails because I can’t drink alcohol anymore. A really fun thing to do on a chilly afternoon. It got me back into painting again.

Benny’s is a definitely A bar where you go when everybody knows your name they don’t have food there but they have great people. Karaoke One night A week live music once in awhile and they do bring food in on the occasion like pizza or food truck but that’s about it so if you live in frenchtown and no people go to Benny’s if not it’s still cool

On the evening of July 4th, a couple local residents stopped in for a beer. The couple ( Dad & DIL) were completely shunned by the half dozen folks ( didn’t appear to be Frenchtown peeps). The bad part is the 2 ladies behind the bar ignored them as well. This particular man has been living in Frenchtown for over 20 years. He has walked from his home into this establishment more times than most people ever will. Pretty disappointing service that evening they left without being served. Poor business practice from the staff. SMH

3 stars because the bartenders are awesome and honestly they deserve 5 stars. The owner Brian on the other hand deserves 0 stars.
The bartenders were friendly, nice, and provided top notch service even while very busy.
The bar was fun, had live music, and was enjoyable.
Here’s where the bad review starts.
Brian the new owner got an attitude with us after asking a question.
Back story: my mom has bartended for for atleast 20 years. In almost every bar she’s worked in the bars usually buy a drink after a customer buys a certain amount of drinks. My mom asked Brian the owner if that was something he does. She did not ask for a free drink or say anything rude, she simply asked if that was something they did there judt because she was curious. Brian, the owner, then became quite belligerent with us. He accused my mom of stealing from her work places, he was cussing at us and yelling, and being just very unprofessional. I don’t think I will ever return to Bennie’s because of the owner. If I do return it would be because the bartenders were great.
