Today my mother and I stopped by Jimmy John’s, for the first time, after shopping at the crossroads center for lunch. Upon entering we went to the sign that said “order here” we stood there for 10 mins while an employee was speaking to a friend that was ordering. No big deal. It’s lunch time and stopping to talk is okay, except for when it affects your customers. After said employee was done speaking she promptly ignored us and our order was taken by another lady, who was very nice, we put our order in and again the employee was speaking with her friend. We had to go to the front, grab her attention then pay, while paying she was very rude and acted like we had interrupted a very important conversation, not speaking at all and simply just pointing to a screen. My mother went back to the front to order some drinks and a few other items and was met with the same attitude. The food was great but the service was awful. I understand having bad days and just not wanting to be at work. But when you can speak to your friend in a lively tone you can do the same for your customers.

Jersey Mike’s has been a staple in my family for more than 25 years, which is exactly why this experience was so disappointing.
This location was, without exaggeration, the worst Jersey Mike’s I have ever visited. The moment I walked in, the environment felt chaotic and unprofessional. Several employees were gathered in the back laughing, joking, and talking loudly while customers stood at the counter unattended. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no one directing customers on how to pick up or place orders. I had to stand there and then be told — after the fact — that I was supposed to announce myself to pick up my order, despite no signage or staff being available to guide me.
The front counter was cluttered, including an entire POS system that appeared to be out of order. Tables were not clean, and the overall dining area gave the impression that basic cleanliness and organization were not being maintained. What made it worse was that an associate was making eye contact with me from across the counter and still chose not to acknowledge me in any way.
This was not a small order — it was nearly $70 — and the complete lack of professionalism, customer service, and attention made it feel like my business simply did not matter.
I expect better from a brand that has built its reputation on consistency, quality, and customer experience. This location failed on all three.
I bet they don’t even respond!

If you go in and order, it’ll be a good experience. However, you can’t place an online order here because they dont take the time to read it. Also, I overheard two of the employees inside state that they have not been busy at all today.

Ordered a #56 (Big Kahuna Cheesesteak) on white bread with lettuce and tomato which understandably should take longer than my wife’s #8 (Club Sub). After waiting, I found that my #56 had been forgotten. The young man began my sandwich but when he told me he had to add more chicken, I asked if he was making a #56. He apologized and began remaking my sandwich. As he began wrapping up my sandwich, I reminded him that he had not added lettuce and tomato. He unwrapped it and added it. When I got back to my seat and unwrapped my sandwich, I saw it had been made with rosemary bread. The young man asked if I wanted it remade and I decided “no” since my wife was finished with her sandwich by this time.
I eat at Jersey Mike’s often when I’m home in Colorado and have never had such issues. IMHO if the “kids” that work there would spend more time focusing on the customer instead of joking around with each other, these issues would be fewer and far between.

11-19-25… 3rd time, coming… we decided to use pick up, the little girl with a star on her face was still working there… we grabbed our stuff but she tried to give us 8 drink cups instead of 4, that we ordered… countertops were dirty… the dinning room was filthy… nothing going to change… wonder who owns this? 11/01/25…Here we are, again… coming into a filthy countertops, filthy floors at 3 p.m. in the afternoon. Miss (little black girl that had a star on her left cheek)Kyra… was rude to us and the Grandma & grandchild is front of us… just a horrible attitude… she clocked out and didn’t even help with a rush or help clean after her shift ended… the store is dirty… the employee that was leaving his shift had a nasty dirty beard… this place seems like there’s no MANAGEMENT AT ALL!!! Picture will be taken next time, can’t believe this is happening here ~ 10/23/25… Everything was normal but the counter that makes the sandwiches was dirty and the dining area hadn’t been cleaned! Employees changing shifts, changed the country station to some rap crap with cuss words… that’s not good? Don’t think we’ll be back to this one! (Corporate is needed here)

I want to give a big shoutout to three amazing employees at Jersey Mike’s — Mia, Kelsey, and Jada. Every time I come in, they absolutely crush it when making sandwiches. They’re quick, friendly, and pay attention to all the little details that make the subs taste fresh and perfect. You can tell they take pride in their work — whether it’s cutting the meats just right, loading up the toppings evenly, or making sure the order comes out exactly how you want it. On top of that, they’re always welcoming and make the whole experience feel personal instead of just transactional. Mia, Kelsey, and Jada definitely raise the bar for what good service and great food should look like. Jersey Mike’s is lucky to have them on the team!

Please fire everyone you have there TODAY!! The girl making the subs just throws things on there and had an attitude when I asked to fix it. The guy next to her had no concern with anything including being there. The girl at the register couldn’t find where a kids meal is. There has to be some sort of standard when it comes to hiring your employees. Do better!!

Worst sub I have had at JM. Bread was stale and meat was overcooked for giant Big Kauhna sub. For over $20.00 it was not worth it. Will not be returning to this location anytime soon. The staff does not provide any greeting or appreciation for the customer. It was like being made to feel a bother

Got my usual #17 today. Typically I would leave the peppers off, but today, I left them on, and I will tell you that I had been depriving myself of these peppers for so long… Keep them on there unless you’re allergic. They are little vehicles of tangy and sweet and make a perfect complement to the sandwich.

Today I visited and ordered a chicken bacon and ranch sub. I was eager and excited to visit this place because I’ve heard such great things about it. Unfortunately the sub I ordered was if not the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. The chicken was tasteless, hard and dry. There was very little sauce on the sandwich which made it even drier. For the hefty price that was paid for my meal, I regret ordering the sandwich that I did. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. But I would never again order any of their sandwiches with chicken on it. Not a good experience at all.
