I had a disappointing experience at La Chapis Food Truck. While the food itself was good, the customer service was awful. The staff spoke to me as if I was an inconvenience, which really put a damper on the whole experience. No matter how tasty the food is, it’s hard to enjoy it when the service is that unwelcoming.
The lack of respect and professionalism was frustrating, and it overshadowed the quality of the meal. If they could work on their attitude and treat customers with basic courtesy, this place could be a lot better. For now, I can’t recommend it based on the poor service.

These are hands down the best burritos I’ve ever had. I’ve been coming here for years now because they are so good. I always enjoy my small talk with Laura, the business owner (who is superwoman) and runs this food truck along with a construction business in the side. I keep on encouraging her to sell the amazing green sauce to stores but she literally makes it fresh daily. This is absolutely a must try!

La Chapis is the absolute BEST!! I’ve quickly become a regular because the food is delicious and the employees are so kind ❤️ Pastor tacos are my favorite! If you’re hungry and want food that’s super flavorful, come here — you won’t be disappointed!

This is my 2nd time at this food truck and no bull… I’ll try to come back atleast 4-5 times a month. The tacos are delicious and affordable, the service is great, and the wait time is reasonable. I’ll probably become a regular here and I’m ok with that 🙂

The food here is absolutely delicious. It has quickly turned into my favorite spot. I highly recommend the Torta la Chapis. They load it up with with Al pastor, chicken and ham. Cannot recommended enough.

The food was absolutely amazing. Without a doubt the best mexican food I’ve ever had. I tried the steak and chicken tacos as well as a Gordita and Sope with steak, and I cannot recommend it all enough. The tacos especially, were out of this world! I’ll definitely be back again:)

I catered from La Chapis for a work event, and it was amazing! The owner, Laura, and her son were incredibly accommodating. They worked around my schedule, and the food was fantastic. They even gave us extra food for free, which was such a generous surprise. The customer service was exceptional, and everyone at the event couldn’t stop raving about how delicious everything was. I highly recommend La Chapis for any catering needs!
