We made last-minute reservations at Neb, and it did not disappoint! Our server, Alanna, was super knowledgeable about the menu and wine selections, guiding us perfectly in our choices.

We indulged in the uni spaghetti, which was a delightful surprise, along with a rich lasagne with béchamel that melted in our mouths. The highlight? The most tender beef cheeks served with the smoothest polenta, absolute perfection!

We can’t wait to come back on our next visit. Kudos to the team at Neb for an unforgettable dining experience!

Neb has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere with some really tasty dishes.

We had date night here and enjoyed a few appetizers, drinks and entrees.

Drinks: This is a negroni joint. While not my personal favorite cocktail they have a handful of gin-less variants and we shared a flight of three, while not a convert to the negroni, I’ll definitely be more open-minded! Delicious!

Appetizers: This was the weakest portion of the meal. Tasty enough and reasonably priced, but felt they could’ve used a little more seasoning.

Pastas: These were the star of the show. Perfectly seasoned (despite some reviews mentioning too much salt), rich without being heavy, and lovely fresh texture.

Dessert is somewhat limited, take it or leave it!

Overall, great value for flavor! I would like to see more churn in their menu items because while we could see going back for another visit, after two trips you’ll have exhausted most of the menu options.

Atmosphere and service were fantastic, food fell a little flat for me, unfortunately. The highlight was the lamb gnocchi, delicious with lots of depth. The burrata board was good but missing a veggie (for me). The lasagna had a different flavor profile and served in the dish it was made in which makes it difficult to eat. The tiramisu was good but expected more from an Italian place. Great drinks and like I said great ambiance, worth a visit!

Our first time and we were very pleased. Focaccia and Brussels sprouts starters were great. Some of the best Brussels in town! My RIcotta Dumplings (actually gnocchi) were good, not great, but others in our party were very happy with Chicken Parm, Spaghetti with Uni, etc and Cannolini. The most notable aspect though was the service. Alana was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about wine menu and provided great recommendations. And other staff chipped in and were also great! Ambiance is lively and energetic – meaning the noise level can get a bit loud and the lighting dark enough that reading the menu required our phone flashlights. But I would always choose mood & ambiance over quiet, boring and lighting that is too bright. Neb & Tom D!!!

Food was merely good, but neither the quality nor the quantity justified the price. I don’t normally have a problem paying high prices to eat out in Seattle, but it has to have some value proposition there. Wine felt reasonable and a good list and I liked their Negroni flight. And the service was very friendly and atmosphere very cozy, so it wasn’t an entirely negative experience. But we left both hungry and merely whelmed by the food. If you’re looking for a Tom Douglas restaurant in the area, I’d suggest Palace Kitchen or Serious Pie rather than Neb.

We went here on Friday night for dinner around 6-7pm. Originally, we wanted to try Lola or assaggio restaurante, but both was very packed and the waiting time was over an hour. The staff at Lola recommend us to go to Neb if we don’t want to wait and their food is pretty good. Since we have little ones, we went to Neb so we can eat immediately.

Parking is mainly street parking or parking garages. We were seated right away, no wait time.

Food was okay. We tried quite a bit. The balti’s Board, gnocchi, and black Cod was good and we recommend them. Their 2 spaghetti was very underwhelming for us. We did try the spaghetti meatballs and the spaghetti with uni tobiko… The meatball one was better than the uni, but it’s still underwhelming. I would not recommend them.

What is outstanding is their service. We ordered 4 items, and they accidentally brought out the wrong spaghetti that we did not order. They apologized and immediately cooked the correct spaghetti to order and comped us the mistaken spaghetti and we were given the spaghetti to enjoy. They also was very attentive and nice throughout the service.

I recommend trying this place out if you’ve never been. I would definitely recommend their gnocchi!

This restaurant absolutely blew us away. It was my boyfriend and I first time in Seattle and wanted Italian food. We ordered the focaccia appetizer that was light and paired perfectly with a roasted onion butter and red wine. The restaurant was aesthetically pleasing with low lighting and an open wood fired kitchen that set the mood. I order the uni spaghetti and my partner, the lumache bolognese. My waitress even went out the way to sample me a white wine that she knew would help balance my meal. We ended the night with the affogato that I’m was delightful and would regret not getting!

Service & Atmosphere on point. Food is TERRIBLE. My risotto was so salty. The kind of salty you get when someone loosely screws on the top of a salt jar and the entire contents fall into the dish while cooking.
Shocking they serve this to people.

Everything I tried was just mediocre or less than. Sad because the with the good service & atmosphere the place holds great potential

Heard about Tom Douglas’ latest restaurant and knew I had to try! Palace Kitchen has been a dinner night stable for years.

It’s small and cozy, greeted and seated quickly. The staff were so friendly se super helpful in making recommendations. Did a bit of a tasting menu and everything was tasty and paired well together.

Since it was our first time we ordered a lot but would have been fine with a start and entrees.
Started with some mussels and cabbage, both were light and flavorful. Followed by the daily bruschetta and the focaccia bread with apricot Jam. The focaccia honestly stole the show! Crunchy, but fluffy and sweet. *chefs kiss

For dinner we had the Black Cod and Short Ribs both savory and satisfying! And for dessert the Apple-Fennel Crostada which was actually very light and not very sweet.

Will definitely be back to try more food on the menu!
