If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered my food at 9pm, husband went to pick up the food and still took them 30 minutes to hand it out. My husband got home and as we’re opening the crazy bread there’s no butter no Parmesan cheese, completely dry. The pizza was old and cold as for the wings. Husband went back asking to remake his food and they said they didn’t have butter for the crazy bread. You would think that they would let you know they ran out of butter before handing out the food like that. They didn’t want to remake my wings because they ran out supposedly. Kept giving him old pizza and would get mad when asked to remake it again. The manager needs to be held accountable for her actions as for the young man taking orders. Disgusting attitude and horrible customer service. Manager was called once again to the front and declined to assist my husband. Didn’t want to give me a refund so I will be contacting corporate.

Game Changer
Little Caesars has the best pizza and rocks in the price. Not mad at the brand. Mad at the leadership team. Order a extra sausage pizza. Got it. Had another I could count on fingers. Went back nshe said can’t do nothing then they said will recook. 35+min laters still not done.

We all have to learn that customer service is key to a company. Retaining a customer is the key.

When I come here, it’s usually between 5pm and 8pm. But it never fails, no matter the day of the week, or what new employees they have there, you’re going to wait a long time for pizza that feels like it was sitting there getting cold. I’m not sure what the disconnect there is, but the owner and/or management needs to get it together. I usually don’t write reviews, but we’ve been coming here because it’s closest to home. I can’t remember a time when the pizza, crazy bread, or wings was actually fresh. I know not to expect much because it’s Little Ceasars, but damn, we can’t get fresh food once? Even after sitting in there waiting for over an hour? Tonight I placed my order online at 6:15 pm. I didn’t leave out of there until 7:55 pm. And everything was dry, overcooked, and cold. Everything. Even the crazy bread that was supposedly the reason why we were waiting for that long. Oh, and don’t forget the cold crazy sauce. ‍♀️ I gotta find a different location, cus Crestwood is not the one. I’ll leave on this note, hopefully someone reads this far. Teach your children to give good service, and to take pride in what they do for a living, no matter what it is they do. Because this world is starting to feel like I should just stay in the house because there’s hardly any good experiences at restaurants, stores, movies, etc because of teenagers who dgaf. It’s crazy because teens weren’t this bad not long ago. What happened? Teach your kids better people. Tell them to pretend that they were serving themselves, and do things how they would want them done for themselves.

I order 2 pizzas online, both were extra most bestest pizzas. 40 minutes after ordering the pizza online, it still wasn’t ready when I went to pickup. Both pizzas were cold, very little pizza sauce, and very few toppings. Called the store to speak to someone about my order and was on hold for over 30 minutes. I wish I could give my rating zero stars.

Little Caesars needs to change their slogan! Not one time have I ever ordered has the pizza ever been HOT or READY. This establishment is a JOKE. Doesn’t matter if you place an online order it will never be ready on time.
Tried to get a quick dinner for the family and the cashier wasn’t at the front. No payments for online orders were being taken nor were the orders for walk ins being taken. At least 10 people standing in line waiting to pay for order for over 20 mins.

Waited longer than the estimated wait time, and once I received my order and got home the “Italian” cheese bread looked like this !! We still planned on eating it until we grabbed the slices to see that the bread was completely RAW. Uneatable… Our crazy bread was also RAW sticks looks like it’s supposed to be cheese that’s how incredibly raw this is. Half my order too eat! This place needs to be shut down.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread online. Arrived 10 minutes past the estimated pickup time and the pizza wasn’t even ready. Had to wait an extra 20 minutes for the pizza to be done. Not only that but they gave me a thin crust cheese instead of the pepperoni I had ordered. Employees have no communication skills and just seem like they don’t want to work.

I placed my order NOVEMBER 1 2025 through the app over an hour before arriving, but when I got there, my pizza wasn’t even made yet. The store was completely unorganized, with no manager present and only a few staff members trying to handle a crowd of frustrated customers.

I ended up waiting nearly two hours for my online order, and when I finally got home, the pizza was UNCOOKED . Many people in the store were also canceling orders or complaining about the same problems.

This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I hope corporate steps in and fixes the staffing and management issues at this location.
I definitely dispute that & got my money back. If anything go to another location is really something about THIS LOCATION.

I would NOT recommend ever going here. Their service is terrible and food is gross! We ordered pizzas and crazy bread for my son’s birthday party. I put in the order at 2:30ish PM to have ready at 4:30 PM that night. My husband went in at 4:30 and the pizza was not ready the men at the counter told him 10 minutes and he waited over a half hour. The men were rude and no help at all not just to my husband but many other customers in the store making them grab their own things and giving everyone the wrong orders. When my husband got home which we live many 5 minutes away our pizzas were cold like they have been sitting for hours and our crazy bread wasn’t even cooked! They gave us raw dough! They need to fire their staff and hire people that will take their jobs seriously and make sure they are giving customers edible food not something that will send people to the hospital.

Yesterday, November 1 I placed an order for delivery. I placed the order at about 3:30 PM And the delivery time was for 5:45 PM.

I got a text at 5:12 PM saying my food would be delivered between 5:31PM and 5:41PM. My DoorDash driver got there at 5:30 and he ended up canceling around 7PM So a new DoorDash driver was sent and the food did not get delivered until 7:24 PM. I waited almost 2 hours for the pizza and when it got delivered There was no sauce hardly any sausage on the sausage pizza. It should have not taken two hours to make a cheese pizza and a sausage pizza.

This store is always shortstaffed, but I’ve never seen it. This bad. I called to get a refund and luckily I did. Corporate needs to send help to the store because it’s not fair to the workers to be bombarded with orders and not have enough staff or managers there I made a complaint to corporate that they need to address these issues.

Yesterday Jan 2. 2026 I ordered online and order a 2 L. They said they were all out but they gave me two 20 ounces bottles and called it good. that was not equivalent to what I bought and the guy gave me attitude.
