I got the burrito with pastor. I could tell the pastor was not marinated and flavored enough. You can see by the pic, it doesn’t have the coloring it usually does. I also think they use butter on the tortilla which I didn’t like much because as it cools, it affects the flavor. I know we love tortillas with butter, as Hispanics or Mexican Americans etc, but it didn’t work here for me.
My boyfriend got the burrito with asada. It was okay; the beans overpowered it. For him, it was average. Would he get it again? He said no, because he could probably get a better one elsewhere. None of these have enough meat. The salsa roja (red) and salsa verde (green) weren’t spicy. Usually, salsa roja is very spicy and salsa verde more hot or mild. It didn’t do much for the burrito.
The man who served us was by himself, but he was still quick and helpful.
There should be prices on the menu on the truck, even if they go up and get erased or taped over. I shouldn’t have to ask. It should be efficient.
The set up is good. The tables are not so comfy for tall people lol, but they work.
I wouldn’t come again. This is why I tend to avoid Mexican places because I’m just disappointed, so I just make everything at home, but finding a place to have a break would’ve been nice.

I ordered mulletas, taquitos, rice and beans and horchata. There was a problem with the payment. The girl was nice but she seemed pretty tired maybe it was the end of the day for her idk that’s not the problem. She forgot the rice and beans. So I paid for that and didn’t get it. The horchata is the worst I’ve ever had. Super chalky. Al pastor is super bland to me. I liked the pineapples in it other than that it was really lacking in flavor. The Taquitos and my birria muleta was really good though. Good consume. I probably won’t come back though. It was expensive I didn’t get all my food and only half of it was really good to me. Maybe change the recipe for that horchata or something idk. But yeah overall I rate the whole experience maybe 5/10 not horrible not amazing. Mid

I told the cook and the cook calls the boss and he straight up just said to tell me that’s how it comes ! Very ridiculous to say that when I have the receipt that says burrito and this is clearly a quesabirria ! Literally the worse service and over priced
