This KFC has quality food that many restaurants lack. I truly was amazed by the wonderful customer service I received even just by simply ordering. Our cashier, Vishala, was friendly, polite, patient, and had every ideal attribute that you would hope for in food service. Our food was fresh, quickly served, and delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant for a quality alternative.

This is the second order and my last from here. Once again the chicken nuggets were COLD and had an under cooked texture.. very weird texture. I spit it out and threw it away.

Put an online order in at 5:00pm for pick up at 6:15 on 11/11/2025. Upon my wifes arrival at 6:17pm she was told it will be a few minutes, after that period of time she went back in to get the food and was told it would be 10 more minute’s. We didn’t not have the time because my son needed picked up from practice. The extremely rude employee refused to refund the order although it wasnt even ready yet. After my wife called me I called the store for the refund and they literally were picking up the phone and hanging up on multiple occasions and the decides ro just let it go to voicemail. Incredibly unprofessional and whoever was managing this order should find another job where there is zero expectation of competence and extremely limited contact with customers. Customer service supposedly has to touch base with incompetent staff to clarify details- which from their actions to date make no sense to me- before being able to issue a refund. At this point this KFC location not only was incompetent and failed to deliver the order, but are also thieves, as im not out $43.45

This place was very clean , service was fast ! Issue was food sucked. Fries cold , biscuits were hard as a rock, chicken was cold. I ended up taking my order back and getting a full refund. He wanted to replace it with fresh fries / biscuits and didn’t want any part of it. Go somewhere else , lots of options in this area .

This place was a very pleasant surprise. Most KFC’s I’ve been to are horribly slow and at least one of my sides is cold or does not seem fresh. The restaurant was clean, my food was ready quickly, and the staff members were polite and helpful.

Third order in a row that has been incorrect for us! Phone number is out of order. If you order on the app they are always “out of” things & substitute without your permission or without telling you (usually with less expensive items and without refunding the difference), or items are just missing, period. Would not refund the money for the unwanted substituted items. Pretend not to understand what you’re saying. Beyond frustrating. Will not be going back and will be contacting corporate. The food we did get was hot, which was the only positive. Didn’t want to provide a printed receipt when asked and said the order slip was the receipt when it wasn’t.
