February 13th. 9:30 AM. I wish I got her name but thank you so much for making me a drink to start my special day. You started my birthday on a high note and showed me “You matter” in the sweetest way. After a hard night, that’s exactly what I needed. You wished me a better day. I absolutely got it thanks to you. I love scooter’s coffee and in manhattan when it’s right next door to dunkin’, donuts.I feel like I am in on the big secret about how good their coffee is compared to dunkin’ donuts. The folks are always friendly and uh, I like trying all the new drinks. The only reason I gave atmosphere of four is because i’, it’s a drive through only.

Is this even coffee? Tastes like coffee flavored milk…it was good but I wouldn’t call it coffee. I need more coffee and a lot less milk. Two extra shots and still don’t taste like coffee. The people working was super nice though!

Scooters always has the friendliest staff. We visit this area several times a year due to our son being in the military. We make a point to get coffee from scooters over anywhere else.

This place is very hit or miss for me, but tonight was just embarrassing for them, I ordered a caramelicious blender and I basically got thick iced coffee. Barely any ice and barely blended, are you guys okay cuz I’m more than willing to apply and give people what they want. Also, not referring to tonight, but the customer service in general is declining, is it that hard to smile and say “have a great night”?
