We heard how amazing the sushi was here and we were excited to try it. It did not disappoint. The sushi is so fresh and yummy! We forgot to take pictures of the food (because it was so good) until the end with the dessert. We highly recommend!

We really liked the spicy tuna roll the best – but here’s the secret menu… ask for the sauce from the garlic edamame to dip your sushi in.. trust me! Or order the spicy edamame and save the sauce. Matcha cheesecake for dessert was really good, too. Very clean place. Has AC. Clean bathroom.

Dropped by with a friend and was told this place has excellent sushi. We arrived and we were greeted and seated instantly. As I walked in I thought I was in Japan. Our server was very nice and patient and put in our order quickly. The food came out and wow was I taken by surprise. This place is very good and by far the best sushi in Penasco by a long shot. They have a good attention to detail and quality is up there. The matcha Cheesecake is a must! I highly recommend you check this hidden gem out! I will definitely be back!

Amazing gem! This family business is offering amazing food in a cozy setting. Make sure you call ahead as it fills up fast. The owner Tony and his wife Rosie are there to make sure you have a perfect dining experience. Ramen soup is their special on Wednesdays and homemade Baos on Sundays! So glad we found this spot and can’t wait to return and support such nice people!

Such a tiny small teeny tiny little place. Literally they only have four tables, we could not get seated, so we ended taking the sushi to go. We ordered and waited in our car for 45 minutes and saw many people go there and be turned away this restaurant is losing thousands and thousands of dollars a day! because they don’t have enough tables or enough dining room space.

Our 3rd time here. We order the same things cause they are so good we can’t help it! Some traditional Japanese (we lived in Japan) and some inventive twists. But we are definitely trying there Wednesday ramen special next. I tasted some of the broth.. Wonderful!
