Just Mid. If you live close and it’s convenient, otherwise maybe find a different dominos. Facts below:
Decided to try Dominos new stuffed crust pizza.
We ordered x2 Medium 2 topping pizzas 6.99 each on the app (promotional Deal) +$4 extra for stuffed crust. total 25$ plus 1 dollar tip For Curbside Pickup.
Facts on my order:
Requested order come to passenger side : they came straight to the driver side. The kid seemed polite enough tho. PARKING was empty yet crowded since everyone lined the curb and there was trash everywhere it felt like I was navigating a mine field.
Pizzas were very clearly made by 2 different people.
One with philly steak & Chicken 6/10
One with Pineapple & Jalapeño 1/10
Requested Both Square Cut. They were not. Veg pizza was scarce on toppings 1 to 2 jalapeños a slice, and they cut it in Vs instead of boxes. Everything except the toppings were the same yet they look completely different.
I commend whoever made the meat one but very disappointed with mine. So much breading on crust yet cheese stuffing was same amount as the meat one but no garlic or parmeasan and just way less middle and more excess plain bread overall. Just very loose and scarce on everything just tasted like I was eatting Plain pizza no sauce or cheese or toppings.
The only thing I can fault the meat pizza for was the slicing, boxes could have been more uniform.
For the fact that I don’t want to get that person in the future I’m not gonna risk going there again.

The workers are extremely kind. I catch them feeding the homeless people at night and I am always impressed with their attitude and their kindness. I like the spot they don’t screw up my order really ever and they have great coupons and if you complain, they will make it correct if they need to.

I placed a drive up deliver to vehicle order. I paid for marinara sauce for the breadsticks in my order. Once I got home and we were going to eat, I noticed the sauce was not there. I called the store to let them know and was immediately told that the breadsticks don’t come with sauce. I explained that I paid for sauce since it doesn’t come with any and that paid sauce is not in my order. I was told the receipt doesnt show sauce. I explained that I’m looking right at my receipt and it shows paid sauce. I was hung up on. Kaitlin, a supervisor, answered when I called back and told me she doesn’t know what to tell me and either I come to the store for my sauce or I don’t get it and proceeded to also hang up.

I ordered Domino’s typically from the mobile app for delivery. I get my order within 35 minutes and food is always hot, I do asked for extra sauces on the side and they deliver my request. Yes, I do understand that the pizza and other dishes are not always too perfection but you have to give them a break. They are busy and nothing is ever perfect.

I ordered a delivery service at 11:30pm. Now it’s 12:20am and I have an email saying I hope I enjoy my food that my delivery was completed. I’m confused starving still because I haven’t gotten my order? I have not received not 1 call and I don’t have problems with my cell nor service provider, and they swear they called me and that they said I had an answering machine playing music not answering? I have a personal cell service how the heck are u saying I have a commercial business answering machine what? Those lazy incompetent workers at Brentwood rd. No call no knock on the door even. Why not knock on the door then??? Never ordering from this store again.

I call their location and when I told them the adress the guy who pick up the phone said we dont take orders from you location call the brentwood location and I was going to ask if I can pick up but he just said call them and hang up .. Rude as hell

Dominos apparently doesn’t care who they hire. The staff that works here do not care at all about the customers. A large pizza is suppose to have 8-10 slices, the pizza I got had 6 and some slices were bigger than others. How difficult is it to slice a pizza? When I ordered again I told the employee over the phone that the pizza was cut incorrectly so I was hoping it would be correct this time. It was the same situation, some huge slices and some tiny, this place is a joke. If this is how Domninos runs its business I don’t want anything to do with them.
