Beware When Ordering Online: When I have dined in, the staff has been friendly and kind. Unfortunately my online and pick experience has not been the same. I ordered directly from Aldo’s website and unfortunately my order was incorrect. I called to ask for a price adjustment to reflect what I received, since I paid for upgrades that were not given to me. They told me they could not offer a refund for an online order that I needed to call the “shop”. They would not give me the name of their online vendor or a phone number. They said it was in my order confirmation e-mail, but only the restaurant’s number is listed (screen shot from e-mail included). When I tried calling back a few times to get more information they hung up on me and sent me directly to voicemail. I left a voicemail asking for the vendor’s number and to express my disappointment.
Updated my review to reflect how the situation was rectified. They e-mailed me and offered me a full refund, above what I originally requested. I greatly appreciate the gesture. My only wish is that the staff could be better trained to handle requests like mine in the future. Thank you for reading my comments and for making the situation right.

While out of town our family took us here to breakfast. The food was amazing as was the service. I enjoyed the Mexican breakfast burrito and sliced potatoes. The coffee was very good and the service was top notch. When we return to visit again I will request we eat here.

My friend picked this place to meet up at. We have never been here. It was extremely loud and hard to here. I got the cinnamon French toast. sounded better than it was. It was OK. if you have young kids and dont mind other loud children while your eating this is the place for you. my friend got toast there was no butter. I had extra from my French toast to share. Noone ever came back to see if everything was OK. I personally will be choosing another restaurant. It was extremely busy. So folks must not mind all the noise.

Very large menu with a lot to chose from. I had thr baked ziti and thought it was worth the trip to the restraunt. Wait staff was personable and helped us narrow in on our dining decisions.

We dined-in at Aldo’s Restaurant & Grill (formally Olive Tree Cafe) yesterday. We were glad to see they were opened and wanted to try their food for dinner. We ordered a Gyro & a cheese steak and both were delicious. Service by Colleen was excellent and the dining room is clean & inviting. The staff were very friendly and every dish coming out of the kitchen looked good. It is nice to have a new BYOB in West Chester. We will definitely go back to eat again. They also do a large take out business so we will be ordering soon. Stop in for a good meal.

My wife and I have had the eggplant Parmesan sub, California burger, Greek omelette, and egg platters. Every meal we’ve gotten has been reasonably priced and very good. If you’re looking for a casual sit-down diner type place with diner prices and great quality food, this is the spot!

The last time I visited location was few months after they opened a year or more ago. Today I was surprised at how expansive their menu got. There’s probably over 50 menu items that they serve. There’s a lot to pick from. And the food was delicious.

Just transferred to the area for work and in need of a good take out restaurant for all American goodness. The chicken italiana panini sandwich and fries were out of this world! The bread was soft and chewy, large portion grilled chicken breast with fresh tomatoes, red peppers, spinach, and mozarella cheese. Thank you for a great lunch! I will be back!

Went today for Father’s Day breakfast. What a pleasant experience! I had 2 eggs with bacon, hash browns and toast. My wife had a large pancake with bacon. We both had refillable coffees. The food was great and very affordable at $20.00. The atmosphere is comfortable, casual and clean! Both of these are topped by the great staff who are very attentive and very friendly. They seem to know every other customer by name. We will definitely return!
