I ordered salmon with greens and grains, and everything tasted clean, well-seasoned, and actually balanced instead of just thrown together. The fish was flaky and flavorful, not dry at all, which is always the risk at places like this. The vibe inside is bright and casual, mostly people grabbing a healthy lunch or quick dinner, and the staff kept things moving without feeling rushed. Got a craving for seafood and decided to pop by this place to get some. We were not disappointed at all. I ordered the white fish dinner plate with truffle parm tots and my husband got the seared tuna powerbox. Everything was delicious! The clam chowder was to die for and I wished I got the bigger bowl rather than the cup. Staff were also very friendly and helpful, service was good and fast. Will definitely be back for more!

This concept is simple and very good. You pick a base like greens or whole grain rice, you pick your fish, cod or salmon or shrimp, and a side. They make it fresh and it was excellent. Very friendly, clean and convenient. I had the salmon power bowl.
