Ice cream is too expensive and they were light on the toppings. So light that there was barely a taste past the vanilla ice cream
Three people working here and the tables are all filthy. We had to sit outside due to no clean tables inside. No clean tables outside either and sidewalk is filthy. While we sat here for about a 1/2 hour they had two additional customers. They made no efforts to clean tables. Even saw one of the workers sitting up on the counter talking to friend/customer while other employee standing in back eating ice cream. Sad. Makes me not want to come back again.

Whoever left 2 children in charge on dec 31st should be fired. They had no intention of getting any to go orders done and could barely even move through the people in line. There was also another employee in the back not helping or it was one of their Girlfriends.

Very disappointed with our experience. We had pre-ordered a birthday cake for my mom, but when we arrived to pick it up, the staff had no record of the order. They were completely unprepared, couldn’t locate the order in the system, and had no idea how to issue a refund.
To make matters worse, there was no clear communication or solution offered. We were left without a cake for her birthday and no real help from the team.
The only bright spot was that, after my mom asked, they did give her some ice cream for free. It was a kind gesture, but it didn’t make up for the frustration or the fact that we were left scrambling on her special day.

Whoever owns this chain needs to close this shop until they fix the AC! I was in this shop for 2 min and I’m sweating, everyone is asking why it’s so hot it’s here. This is not okay for these employees to be in here. The fans do not do anything. 7/6/2020

The customer service and attention to detail he notices (yes, I know it’s just “ice cream”) just by taking his time to prepare your order makes you feel special and important, which is why I love going to the Cold Stone location on 64th and McIntyre. Just showed up to your location. Everywhere is posted that you close at 10:00 pm. Open sign was off but door was unlocked. No note about closing early and both employees were on their phones leaning on the counter doing absolutely nothing. Your employees stated, “sorry we are closing a little early we are under staffed.” I’m sorry but you just didn’t want to serve us and do your job. I do own and operate a few food service places and if this was my employees they would be terminated on the spot!

Just got ice cream, and i just had to shout out the young adults working here tonight. They were so pleasant and nice. I know by the long line they’ve had a super busy day but it didn’t keep them from providing wonderful service with a smile on their face. They were also hustling which I’m sure everyone appreciated.

I’ve gone there a couple times now and every time I went I had terrible experiences. They hire careless, lazy teenagers. Both times we’ve gone it’s been later at night around 8pm. And both times we have tried ordering milkshakes and they say their blenders are either broken or they put away there stuff already. Seems like they’re just too lazy to do their job. I was very disgusted this last time I went, I found a hair in my ice cream.

The service was absolutely awful!!!! I was there at 8pm on 8/12. Walked in and the guy at the counter Jamon/Jamen smacked his spoons on the counter as if he wanted us to hurry up when we just walked in. I asked the girl Ella politely if I could try the Peep ice cream and she rolled her eyes at me. They were down right rude. Worst experience ever especially for a paying customer. Makes me not want to go back. I would give it zero but the ice cream was good. Please train your staff!!!!!
