Meg’s catered a Deer Valley concert picnic dinner/take out this past Friday night. We got invited to a concert from out of town friends and offered to bring a picnic dinner. We messaged back and forth 4 people in total with one vegetarian/pescatarian. Thought pinwheel sandwiches and a smashed chickpea salad wrap and Greek pasta salad. She reached out to ask about desert and suggested lemon bars. Oh my goodness, the amount of food was unbelievable. We got:
Two types of pinwheels, Thanksgiving and Italian
Chicken salad tea sandwiches
Smashed chickpea and salmon wrap
Mixed veggies with tatziki and humus dips
Meg’s homemade potato chips
Individual Greek pasta salads
Crazy delicious churro bites and
Lemon bars.
Everything was neatly packaged in take out trays with lids, marked with contents and there were even fresh sliced strawberries in with the lemon bars. Everything was delicious especially the tea sandwiches and the homemade hummus. We shared with our neighbors in the next blanket over, but still had tons of leftovers. Just wanted to give Meg’s a shout out for the delicious food and thoughtful picnic.

Was looking for a cafe to come and eat lunch and found this place. I will say the food and service was top notch!
It is a take out style place with outdoor patio seating, and indoor seating for just 6 people. We came here hoping for a relaxing calming vibe but it was a little restaurant inside a store.
We ordered the vegan burger and a panini and the food was top notch! Full of flavor, fresh nice and hot the spot.
If looking for a place with ambience this isn’t it. If looking for a place with great service and amazing food come here!

I’ve never eaten at a restaurant attached to a hardware store, but I must say the restaurant and the hardware store were both excellent. I had a Philly cheese steak and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff was accommodating and the service was very fast. Thank you again… we will be back.

Side of fruit was great.
Double egg bacon cheese and fruit.
Excellent quality. Loved it.
So good we returned day 2 for lunch.
We got the Turkey BLT panini – Mount Timp !!! And homemade potato chips included.
Excellent quality.
Super fast friendly service.
Wonderful place to enjoy lunch on the outside patio taking in the Sun and gorgeous views of Mt T.
While we were there they were carrying out catering trays of food.

We love Meg’s! The food is always amazing and fresh, and the service is always awesome! Meg and her crew are friendly and pay attention to every detail! There are not many restaurants / cafes (especially in Heber) where I don’t regret ordering the food. The food may be delicious but I always feel sick from the grease afterwards. This is definitely not the case with Meg’s Timberline Cafe. The food is so amazing and has never been greasy. The hamburgers are delicious and juicy but not greasy. every sandwich or cheeseburger we have ever ordered there has amazing flavor, and looks like a piece of art. We highly recommend Meg’s Timberline Cafe, even if you are just driving through town.
