The person in front of me had a problem with their app. I could see through the window that they were trying to get in figured out and it was taking a while. No problem! Technology can be weird and it is what it is. I’ve worked plenty of places with reward apps and they can be confusing and tricky sometimes. I sat for a while so I figured when I go to the window the transaction would be quick and I would be back in bed in a matter of minutes. When they finally do get it figured out and she starts handing stuff out the window, I should’ve noted the red flag of her handing out a hot coffee and then the person in car handing it back into the window and it getting handed to someone else. When I finally did get to the window and the person behind me in line has their order ready on the counter and mine is still being made I got a little confused, I had already been waiting for at least 5 minutes which again, they had a problem with the app which I’m not pressed about but it does seem a little silly that my food is taking longer than 5 minutes. She tells me the total and when I go to hand her my card she shoves the entire pin pad out the window at me. When did we start doing this? This is now the second time this has happened to me at this location. While I’m using the pin pad she’s talking to someone over the headset and joking with them, “oh I missed you so much, just pull around.” She barely acknowledged me whatsoever and then proceeded to grab a bunch of mobile order drinks off of the shelf and walk away before I see her in my mirror, outside in what looked like sweatpants and slippers, hanging in someone’s window behind me?? Are we serious?? When she finally comes back, she most definitely did not wash her hands, she has me pull around the front so they can bring my order out to me because it still isn’t ready. How is my one sandwich and a single order of hash browns taking an eternity to make? The poor girl that finally brought it out to me seemed confused and apologized. While I was sitting there I watched two people that were behind me exit the drivethru and someone back entirely out of the drivethru and leave without ordering. I feel like I should’ve just done the same thing at this point. I also should’ve checked my food before I left because the hash browns ended up going to the dog when I got home because they were burnt and tasted like the inside of an old toaster which tells me their oven isn’t being cleaned properly. Then the bacon folded and bunched up in one bite on the croissant was incredibly disappointing. The coffee is good but I can’t believe I waited as long as I did for everything else for it to suck. $6 Meal Deal and I definitely got what I paid for in the worst way possible. I used to come here almost every weekday morning back in the spring when I worked down the street and never had any issues, everyone that worked there was kind, fast and efficient but I’m guessing they got new management over the summer because now every couple weeks or so when I come here it’s awful.

Went in around 10:45, only 1 person in the lobby so not too busy, but drive thru was full so I can understand their business. However employee talking on her ear buds instead of answering us wasn’t the best Impression and our food was hot but we had to wait for donuts and had to remind them they never gave us our donuts (the easiest part of the order to fill). Inside needed to be swept as trash accumulated on floor in several spots.

Outside of the building looks horrible like it’s been through an earth quake. Although Inside was decent except for floor.

Main question would I eat here again.

I believe that we try our hardest and go by standards of Dunkin’ Donuts. We can’t help when you guys come and we don’t have what you need. If we have it we make more if we don’t. We have to wait till the next day I be as nice to y’all as I can But respect is due to a dog whoever this lady is that took a picture of me handing out someone else’s order, trying to make the process faster for everyone. It’s not my fault you had a whole bunch of food and had to get food made whoever took this picture of me should really come back to the store their crocs not slippers and I have on sweatpants cause I just had major stomach surgery not that I owe you any explanation at all and since I’ve been at this store, I know y’all get fresh food and fresh donuts so find you somebody else to play with.

Guy with the curly hair working in 2/19/26 at around 6 is one of the rudest workers i’ve ever met, i’ve been coming to this dunkin almost everyday for the past 2 years and ive had other unpleasant experiences with this same guy but im just now writing a review because its so unprofessional and uncalled for. I was ordering my usual drink and immediately stated the size before i said the drink, if u know this dunkin u know how loud it can be right by the speaker and you’re unable to hear them but anyway, he mumbled ”size” and i didn’t know at first and i didn’t say anything then he yelled on the headset “WHAT IS THE SIZEEE”, no joke. i said it again, in a calm tone completely taken back. when i got my drink i decided to sarcastically yell back THANK YOU, he DID IT AGAIN! yelling back YEA YOURE WELCOME. cmon bro, it was bad enough when u laughed about the dead cat in the drive through when i asked you to move it a month ago. anyway, i purposely will not go to this one anymore when i see his car in the parking lot.

Went through this morning at around eight o’clock…waited to give order, gave order, got to window and was told no cash. My coffee is sitting there at the window, and I was paying cash…I was told their system could only do credit…being a very regular customer I was somewhat dismayed. They just threw my coffee away and blew me off. I was not told upon ordering, and there were no signs posted. I had to go to another, and will be letting their district manager know, of course (she is very responsive, and she strives for customer service). Like so many other customers here, I feel this is a subpar DD with subpar staff. Very convenient, but hard pass.

Billed my daughter 3 times for donuts. Once for the wrong order…then again when she asked for the correct order…and then a third time when they were supposed to be giving her a refund for the wrong order. They tried to charge her a total of 60 bucks for 6 donuts because they couldn’t work the credit card machine. 5 minute drive thru order required a trip in the store and a manager. Unreal.

For a fast food restaurant, DD’s is kinda pricey. $10.00 for a sandwich, a coffee and 4 tiny hash browns the size of my thumb.
Cleanliness I give a 5. This restaurant is generally always clean. The one problem I have is the lock on the bathroom. After washing your hands to rest, you have to physically unlock the door which defeats the purpose of washing your hands. There are no paper towels so you can’t even use paper to push the door open or unlock it to prevent nasty germs and bacteria from getting on your hands and into your food. Customer service could he better. There’s a different or new cashier every other week. Their retention rate seems to be very unstable. Often the cashiers make sarcastic jokes or smart remarks about my orders as well as other friend’s orders “I’m surprised you only have 1 order. Usually you guys have whole bunch of the orders we can’t follow”. I’m not sure if that’s their idea of a funny or friendly conversation, But I could do without it. The quality of their food isn’t that great. It’s as good as any other fast food restaurant. It’s not cooked on the spot, so it taste like preheated, and reheated breakfast. Their ‘s and coffee are awesome! Over all, I would recommend DD’s however, not this particular location until some improvements are made.

Dunkin used to be good. Now all there food tastes fake, pre cooked and full of preservatives. I’ll drink the coffee but go somewhere else for food. So I don’t go often cause I don’t like stopping at 2 places to get breakfast.

Terrible. Drinks are never made the same. Today my coffee cup wasn’t even filled – it was 1/2 empty. I have never gone to this Dunkin and had a good experience with the food or drinks. Also, I ordered this same drink yesterday from a different Dunkin and it was $2 cheaper & looked completely different- how?

I came through earlier today and the three women I had an interaction with (Natalia, Azarre, and Dede) were patient and polite and overall very helpful with questions and last minute modifications (sorry about that btw). Definitely will be back with such great service and everything about the order was done well!
