Good location for my classes. Service/staff never gave me a problem. Atmosphere is what you can expect from a small Dunkin’. Those $6 meal deals kept me fed and energized throughout my time in UCONN.

A good Dunkin Donuts branch. They were very kind and polite and made our orders correctly. I’ve never had a problem here with the service or them running out of materials or anything like that. Sometimes it is busy. But that’s the price of being on a college campus.

I arrived 30 minutes before it closed, and the workers were behind the counter on their phones while both doors were locked. This happened 3 times. When I was able to get in, service gave the nastiest looks. They didn’t even ask “may I take your order” or say anything. The girl just starred at me, waiting for me to speak. I asked, “could this sandwich on the menu,” and she just said, “we don’t have that anymore,” and literally NOTHING ELSE! She just stood there, with a pure hatred in her eyes. Traumatizing.

I avoid this Dunkin like the plague, if you enjoy having your coffee made incorrectly then this is the place for you. Also a warning, if you order online, a drink with any dairy alternative and they don’t have it in stock, then they won’t say anything and just make your coffee black. If you order online and ask for any donuts, be prepared to wait in line because they never will have your donuts ready

I ordered a dozen donuts from their mobile app. Then I waited for half an hour but no one prepared my order! When I spoke to the staff, she couldn’t find my order! She asked me which donut I wanted. I just tried to wait so I said you can choose for me. I am grateful to her for choosing only the stale ones. I threw them away.

It ain’t too bad most of the time, but they’re definitely understaffed and therefore wait times aren’t great. Today my drink wasn’t mixed well and the hash browns I got were burnt, but its better than nothing I guess. Prices are also higher than lots of places.

Coffee was pretty good, however when coming here do NOT purchase food. The sandwiches, breakfast and regular, are god awful. In fact, it is truly consistent in how terrible their food is because their hash browns share the same consistency and flavor as hand soap. In summation get drinks from here if you must, but honestly if you’re buying coffee you might as well go to Starbucks and get some quality brew.

Food is just like at any other DD. However I have noticed that when you order ahead they will always mess up your order. Whenever I get a coffee and bagel/donut, they never ever bring out the food item. You always wait around until the staff asks what you are waiting for.
