If I could give this place 0 stars I would . I was half way through my sub and there was a hard piece of wood in there it looked like a piece of a tooth pick. I bit into it and it jabbed my mouth . I am very upset and will not be returning.

My experience today at Subway was great. Very friendly staff, hats off to Tommy, PJ and Sabrina. Everyone of them gave a smile to me and after the rough morning it’s exactly what helped me push forward. The sub was great, made perfectly. I believe it is truly people who make the difference. I normally try not to be against the Staff and try to understand the fact of them being busy and I’m very patient. With that being said DO NOT bother ordering off the app or online. I have ordered on the app 3 times and all 3 times that have gotten the orders wrong. Today 6/29/24 was the 1st time it was a big enough mess up for me to bother coming back the past 2 times I just said hey for next time you messed this and this up try to be more careful or somthing along those lines , other then that the place is clean and the food is good when it’s right and the people are nice.

That was a terrible experience. This is the second time I’ve had a less than decent experience here. This time my sub was made “half-assed” for lack of a better term. The soda machine was out of ice and the flavor cartridges were all empty. Several times I watched employees spitting/coughing on food as they laughed. I usually don’t like to give poor reviews, but I couldn’t bring myself to give this location anything decent. Hopefully this will change in the future.

Typically, our experience with the morning/lunchtime crew gets an A+ rating. They are pleasant, upbeat, and outgoing. Disgusting. Unclean prep boards I had my sandwich drug through mayo and sauces and had to say something. Hardly put any meat on the sub. For what we pay definitely deserve better. Will start going back to the other willow street subway ghat is always clean and courteous
