We had a fantastic experience at Nomo Domo. The atmosphere was clean, modern, and effortlessly cool—comfortable without feeling stuffy.

The service was truly impeccable. There was a small hiccup getting our food from the kitchen to the table, but the service recovery was over the top in the best way. It was handled quickly, professionally, and with genuine care—exactly how great restaurants earn loyal customers.

Portions were extremely generous, and everything we ordered felt thoughtfully prepared. Our waitress, Laura, was excellent—friendly, attentive, and clearly on top of her game. To top it off, the owner came by our table to chat, which added a really personal touch and made the experience feel special.

Great food, great people, and great hospitality. We’ll absolutely be back.

First off, the lighting and atmosphere is amazing. The staff was very welcoming. The lighting wasn’t too harsh or too dark, it was just right! You have to see it for yourself. If you are coming in with a baby on a stroller it is a bit of squeeze, but we managed to fit. The pork tonkatsu is DELICIOUS. The pork is tender, the noodles were perfect, the broth was a little salty… but that’s how ramen is. The enoki mushrooms were crunchy and the karaage was juicy.

My family and I will definitely visit again to try out different dishes.

Legit Japanese food. Best tonkatsu ramen I would say in the county. Also had the Hayashi rice which was the most comforting comfort food I have had in a long time. Prices are reasonable as well, esp if comparing to another ramen shop in town it’s about the same but higher quality. Oh and they serve only Japanese beer which the rice lager and the sake was delicious. Will be back and telling others about them.

the atmosphere is great, i would definitely recommend this spot for a date night. the food was decent, the karaage chicken was the highlight of the meal. while the other dishes were good they weren’t particularly memorable. the pricing is good for the food and the portions are quite large.

Beautiful restaurant. We went during dinner time on a Friday night, the wait for a party of 2 was 20 minutes. We were seated outside under a heat lamp which was nice. I got the seared pork belly tonkotsu and my boyfriend got the chicken ramen. I do prefer the eggs in the ramen to be a bit more soft boiler, what was served was on the drier side. Everything else was great, the service, the atmosphere, the music, food came out in good timing. We also had the fried enoki starter. Would come back!

Changed my life. If you’re thinking about spending 20 on food anywhere else don’t. The pork belly ramen was incredible. 10/10 will definitely be returning soon!

Good service and great atmosphere. Sadly the food didn’t live up to the hype. The duck ramen and cucumber sunomo salad were both good. However the Karaage chicken was overcooked and the meat has lots of connective tissue . Just not pleasant to eat at all. The Kanpachi Kama, a fish collar, had maybe an ounce of meat but it was mostly just fish bones . For fourteen dollars I think I got 4 bites of fish .

SO good, you must stop here. their pork belly ramen was incredible and the enoki chips are decadent (although quite heavy so maybe go for a walk after). the ambience is swanky too, great date spot

Charles and his crew are amazing! Our server Kali was kind and made sure we had everything we needed. I got the duck ramen, which had a very balanced, rich and velvety flavor. My partner and I also got the karaage with the wasabi mayo which was sooooo good paired with the cucumber salad!

Appetizer: 10/10 karage was perfect and the sauce gave it a nice kick.
Main- pork ramen was good but still needed refining.
Chicken ramen 10/10 – spouse loved it, full of flavor.
– Overall it’s a solid place, I might have to go back and give it a try again.
