Took 5 minutes before anyone came to the counter, there were 3 workers hanging out in the lobby, on break I guess. One was on the phone and laptop with this mess around him… Finally got checked out and they gave me my order with cinnamon sticks instead of the cookie I paid $3 extra for…. Dude took the cinnamon sticks and cheesey bread back that they packed together in one box for some reason and said it would be a few minutes… After about 10 minutes I hear someone yell from the back that “everyone who’s on break needs to come back right now”. They all went back and my cookie came out like 5 minutes later. Then I had to ask for my cheesey bread back that still had cinnamon sticks with it unfortunately so they tasted of cinnamon sugar. Would give 1 star if I could…

It’s been a while since I last visited Pizza Hut. I called in my order at 11:07 and was close to the location. I decided to try the new My Hut Box. Everything was good, as expected from Pizza Hut.
I ordered the pepperoni personal pizza in the first box and the bacon parmesan melt (full) in the second box. Both boxes included 4-piece honey BBQ wings, with fries as an optional side. The personal pizza box with a drink was $8.49, and the full melt box was $8.99. With a drink, the full melt box would be $10.49. I spent $20.07 for 2 people. It was a satisfying meal. Not too heavy for the afternoon.
I highly recommend getting the full melt instead of the half melt.

I go in an I wait at the cashiers for 2 minutes while some employees are in a room to the left on the computer. I ordered a large thin crust pizza which was decent. But look at the picture of “8 boneless medium buffalo wings” .. this isn’t even 8 wings. It looks NOTHING like the advertised photo. I’m pissed.

The service was okay, but the pizza? It was disappointing. It’s been a while since I had pizza hut, when I decided to get some. I ordered one pepperoni and one sausage. Both of them barely had any cheese!

Exceptional experience. We were a party of 4 and chose to dine in.We ordered a 2 liter along with our pizzas . Later realizing there were no cups for dine in , the manager was very attentive and even paid for our individual sodas. He was constantly checking that we were ok and enjoying our meal. Will definitely come back. The food was ready quick and very delicious . Thanks again for a great experience!
