I love tropical smoothie but this is the third time I’ve received a sour bowl. Where all contents including the fruit is sour. I just go this bowl at 6:28pm today 10/11/25. This is the third time receiving a sour bowl. I have no issues in the morning getting one but in the afternoon or at night it seems I always get a sour bowl. I pay $14.62 for my bowls. I legit scoop out the yogurt cause it tasted sour then I taste the bottom of my bowl it’s completely sour.

Usually would recommend but after tonight I will not be returning. Employees seemed to care more about gossiping rather than paying attention to customers and doing their job. As I was the only one in there it took the employee several minutes before even starting my food because she was consumed in the other employees phone conversation. Another customer walked in and the employee told her to hold for a second and she would be right with her. The employee said this so she could finish a cleaning task. My smoothie was great, my wrap was drowned in a sauce that I asked for lightly.

This is the second time I went into this café, and a smoothie was great. Just didn’t really feel welcome. Feel like the employees really did not want to be there felt like I interrupted their conversation one of them just leaning over the counter and on the phones, this was between 440 and 5 o’clock. They really looked like they didn’t wanna be there. I don’t know why they’re working they’re like the same people I had

Nice clean place with a friendly, efficient staff. We’ve been to this chain many times in multiple places and love the products. Peanut paradise and avocolada were the smoothies this time and they were great. The pesto flatbread is great too.

With the short staffed, the front person got way to far behind making the drinks and everyone had to wait for way to long.

We love tropical smoothie for their food and their bowls. I love the new dragon fruit bowls. I usually use the app and my order is ready very quickly. Majority of the time everything is great. A few times my fruit has been over ripe. But overall a good store.

Sorry, I was there 20 minutes before you closed. I was there and it’s a good place. Definitely will be back but hopefully have better staff members cause I just felt unwelcome there and I get it that they were trying to close but at least pretend to have a good attitude and not throw a fit like throw a mop or a broom on the counter Kind of slam my drink and at least complain at least after I leave the store I don’t know, but I’ve been working for 6 days straight now from 7 AM to 7 AM the next day and I just wanted something good to drink. I finally had a good stopping point but apparently that was I guess a bad stop.

Still an enjoyable place but you would think spoons would come with a side dish of corn instead of a fork.
