This is the most amazing place that I have ever been to! The workers are very welcoming making you feel like family! Its a very clean space, very fresh food. They are patient with you if have a complex order and are fair and don’t judge you! I love this place so much I will always come back despite living 30 minutes away, it is also worth it no othet place tastes or feels the same as this one!

I love to go to La Michoacana!!! Especially after a tough day at work and you just want to relax and enjoy their homemade ice creams, foods, or beverages. I love everything that they have but my all time favorites are the Strawberry and cream drink with Granola and Whipped cream and a dorito eloté bag. Yum!!! I eat this while watching my favorite shows on Netflix or Youtube. The staff are super nice and great conversationalist.

Food is always excellent and yummy. Service is here is always great, my experience with all the staff has always been positive, they are all very kind and welcoming. I strongly recommend this Michoacana, there are multiple closer to my house but the extra minutes to this location is always worth it.

Not friendly whatsoever. Although everything was good, the lady that helped me was short with me and kept thowing things in the bag as if she didn’t want to help me. I went in yesterday and got 2 aguas frescas, 2 mangonadas, and an elote. Next time, I’ll take the extra miles and go to the one by the Fox Valley Mall instead.

Best Michoacán’s in the area hands down! Freddy the owner and his whole staff remember me by name and always are positive and with smiles! In terms of ice cream or an ELOTE always alwaysss fresh and so good. I’m a big fresas con crema fan and I’m very picky in terms of the taste of the strawberries, but here every time they are so good! They are still hard and taste fresh my fellow fresas con crema lovers will understand! Always clean too. All employees here are bilingual and patient. They don’t hound you. Recommend all families and friends to try this location out you will notice a difference compared to the other michoacanas!

My first time at this ice cream shop and the service was TERRIBLE! The lady who took my order was extremely hostile and very snappy with her comments. She was visibly in a bad mood but it was totally unacceptable that she treated me and others costumers that way. Never coming back.

This lady sneezed on the side of my food , I am a nurse and I know particles travel. It was discussing . She never washed her hands this food I was not gonna eat it. I gave it to my dog. I don’t want to get a cold. Don’t come here go next door. I will call the health department on this place.
